Chesaray & Julian ~ Suffering
What if we inquired into our common perceptions and attitudes of suffering. What if we stop trying to fix, get rid of or heal suffering. Could suffering itself be a doorway to greater intimacy with life, each other and ourselves. How would it be for us to come together in gentleness and yield to our precious human lives. In this 2 hour meeting we will have a short meditation, a talk on suffering and an opportunity for exchanges. Come settle in this compassionate space and unfold with us.
Chesaray offers courses, sessions, and retreats based in non-duality, embodied awakening, and the healing arts. Chesaray's search for “What is Real?” began as early as she can remember. Life has always been her greatest teacher. Experiences as a teen drove her into an unavoidable contemplation of grief, God, and death. Her university studies in Philosophy of Mind and Buddhism led her to study abroad in India, where she set her heart on embodying freedom. She was gifted with a non-dual awakening at 22 with Jon Bernie that lifted a tremendous amount of unconscious suffering from her shoulders, and has since experienced the fire of that opening guiding her life. Exploration of the psyche, soul, and soma has led her into ongoing training and practice in meditation, conscious movement, bodywork, psycho-therapeutic modalities and a devotion to learning from life experience. She descended into a dark night of the Soul for many years and she is left with an abiding experience of the heart of Being and a gift of healing Grace.

Ishita Sharma ~ Call to Coherence: Universal Coherence
Coming together in a space that is slow, curious, generous and kind, we will explore the nature of flow and ourselves, learning by contrasting in our own experience what coherence is and isn't, what hinders and augments it. We will engage processes that augment access to coherent fields at various levels of being, becoming and belonging.
Join us in a series of 3 facilitated experiential conversations to examine flow/coherence at 3 levels of field: self, shared and universal, to strengthen your capacity to access it at will.
Each call will build on the last while also standing alone as a wholesome offering in itself.
As much as attending the whole series is beneficial, you are welcome to register for any number of calls, even if you haven't joined the previous ones.
Part 1: Inner Coherence: authenticity, self-alignment, how I am being (May 15th)
Part 2: Relational Coherence: mutuality, how we are being, within and between us. (June 10th)
Part 3: Universal Coherence: interconnectedness, synchronization with the rhythm of the whole. (July 1st)
Join like-hearted others to play with friendly curiosity in a field of shared intent.
ON EACH CALL WE WILL:
- Explore contrast between discordance and coherence, learning from our own experience.
- Practice an experiential somatic meditation.
- Experience the healing power of inner and group coherence.
- Have space to share, ask questions.
- Learn about deeper upcoming offerings to engage and answer your inner call to coherence.
In times of accelerated growth, communities of care are balm for the soul. And a community is formed when we come together with authenticity, openness and respect. This will be a series of such calls.

Riyaz Motan ~ The Art of Listening
When we give ourselves to deeply listening -- listening without agenda
and listening with our whole being -- we give our most precious gift.
We give the gift of our spacious loving presence.
In this online event, Riyaz Motan will describe and demonstrate the practices and conditions that support us in deep listening. The art of listening is a relational practice; something we can get better at with intention and attention. It is also a profound spiritual practice-- something that invites us to tap into the depth of presence; and into intimate and alive connection with others.
In this event we will explore:
~ The four levels of Deep Listening: Head, Heart, Body, and Presence
~ Listening without agenda.
~ Listening from a place of ‘not knowing’.
~ Opening up to empathic resonance.
~ Opening to the flow of intuition and insight.
Our time together will also include opportunities to practice deep listening with one another in dyads
Riyaz has been a practicing psychotherapist in the Bay Area for the past 25 years. From the beginning his passion has been on the integration of Eastern wisdom traditions with Western psychology. His two main teachers, John Prendergast and Adyashanti have deeply influenced his work and his spiritual life. He now increasingly feels called to support people in embodying their whole selves -- their humanity and their divinity.

Jeannie Zandi is the director of Living as Love, a nonprofit organization dedicated to seeding a culture of the Heart on the planet, inspiring, teaching and supporting people to live from their essence as Love. A year before the birth of her daughter, Jeannie was plunged into a dark night of the soul that culminated in a radical shift of consciousness. She is known for her fearless clarity, tender mercy toward humanness, and a juicy, poetic and often humorous style that draws from Advaita Vedanta, Sufism, Christian mysticism and the ongoing revelation of fully engaged living.

Georgia Simone ~ Awakened Healing: Become The Space Where Healing Takes Place
Welcome to The Holding Space.
A space where we can gather together and BE exactly as we are
A space where the full spectrum of your human experience is invited
Calm, anxious, open, closed,
ALL is welcome here.
It's in this gentle embrace that everything can start to unravel. It's in this open space that we can begin to unwind the strategies that no longer serve us. This is the space that early mis-attunement failed to foster, the space where love blooms and new life can emerge. This is the space where all that quivers and shakes can come to rest, and where all that contorts can untwist into greater alignment.
Through gentle exploration and somatic awareness you can cultivate a new way of being with your most challenging patterns. No longer a victim of the push and pull of inner disturbance, you can step forward with greater confidence, knowing that whatever comes your way, you embody the resilience and the capacity to meet and integrate it.
You can expect a deeply held space where you’ll be invited to slow down, tune in, and track your present-moment experience. As you awaken and refine a more subtle way of Being and Being With, you can slowly but surely become the space – the container and the field – where healing takes place.
Bio:
The first leg of Georgia Simone’s path exposed her to the teachings of Advaita Vedanta, which provided her with the foundation she needed to disidentify from pain and suffering. However, despite a growing freedom, a significant bypass took place, as her orientation towards transcendence reinforced her deep disconnection from Life. Upon seeing this, her focus became addressing the unresolved trauma that had woven its way into every fibre of her being.
During this period, Georgia was influenced by Inner Relationship Focusing, a presence based approach that works with the Felt Sense and the split-off parts of self. She also trained as a NARM informed practitioner, which addresses developmental trauma from a psychotherapeutic perspective. Her approach is now a seamless blend of mystical insight and psychological understanding.
After many years of wading through this marshland of conditioning, she shares her discoveries with others. She believes that the spiritual path is as much about arriving here fully – as an embodied human being – as it is about dissolving into the infinite source that makes this life possible. How can we die to the absolute, while deeply embracing our relative human experience? This Living Inquiry is her Life’s prayer.
