Each session will focus on one of the following topics related to the four levels: somatic regulation\, embodying emotions\, releasing fixed beliefs\, spiritual bypass\, and recognizing true nature. \nThis exploration will include inspired discussion\, guided meditation\, somatic practices\, and healing processes. SUMMARY:Dorothy Hunt ~ Honoring the Life and Teachings of Ramana Maharshi ~ Retreat Day (In-Person)
DESCRIPTION:“There is no greater mystery than this—that being the Reality ourselves\, we seek to gain Reality.” \nRamana Maharshi has been a light shining in the darkness for countless seekers of Truth. In this silent retreat day honoring his life and teachings\, we will also consider ways that his method of Self-Inquiry has been misunderstood\, and ways in which some seekers make “Silence” an object rather than realizing its continual presence in everyday life. SUMMARY:Lisa Schumacher ~ Meeting Yourself! (In-Person)
DESCRIPTION:This gathering of like minded souls is an invitation to return home – to trust your heart as the steady ground beneath your life. Guided by Lisa’s warm and honest approach\, you’ll be supported to gently turn inward\, to meet yourself with compassion\, and to rediscover the love that has always been here in the core of your being. We will begin with silence\, followed by sharing our realizations and questions. \nLisa Schumacher\nLisa grew up in Colusa\, California\, and attended college at San Luis Obispo in the 1980s. After she moved to Southern Oregon in the early 90s\, a friend invited her to a meeting with Gangaji. Upon hearing Gangaji say “Be your natural self”\, Lisa’s heart caught on fire and she fell into a deep bow of surrender. That meeting revealed to her the absolute simplicity of the natural\, living truth of Love\, inseparable from who one is. Lisa moved to Bolinas in 1999 to be closer to Gangaji\, and the vibrant community around her. \nIn 2005\, Gangaji invited her to begin sharing satsang. Lisa now stands as a devoted teacher in the respected lineage of Ramana Maharshi\, Papaji and Gangaji – honoring a tradition rooted in direct self-inquiry\, stillness\, and the intimate discovery of truth of who you are. With many years of guiding others\, Lisa offers a rare and grounded presence\, inviting everyone she meets directly into their own loving heart. Being with her in satsang feels like coming home\, you are welcome just as you are into the quiet recognition of what is already whole and free. \nLisa has held meeting in Europe\, Australia\, New Zealand and North America. She’s also a long-term student of Eli Jaxon-Bear\, Gangaji’s husband\, and a founding teacher of Eli’s “Leela School of Awakening”. Lisa is the author of “The Stone I Love“\, a book of poetry inspired by Gangaji. \nLisa’s website: satsangwithlisa.org \nYouTube: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Qn5OATfkzrQ\nYouTube: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RLz9lYNMb0A \nSatsang: 2-4 pm\nRefreshments: until 5\nSuggested Donation: $10- $20\, no one turned away.\nNo reservation needed. SUMMARY:Miranda Macpherson & Lisa Ferguson ~ Engaged Nonduality: Power\, Abuse and Spiritual Bypassing
DESCRIPTION:Let’s Talk about Power\, Abuse and Spiritual Bypassing:\nHow Spirituality Can Help Us Address Harm and Create Change \nAn Engaged Nonduality Event\nWith Miranda Macpherson and Lisa Ferguson \nEngaged Nonduality recognizes that awareness and response are not separate. The same ground of being that reveals our shared nature also moves as a compassionate\, embodied response. In this view\, the crises of our time—including racism and systemic injustice—are not distractions from awakening but invitations to live it. \nWe are in a moment of cultural reckoning about abuse and power. \nThe Epstein files reveal the way power and abuse\, misogyny and racism\, have been part of the underlying structure of our society. \nNondual teachings could be used to avoid these topics\, or to retreat from taking action. However\, they also have great potential to inform how we can skillfully interrupt harm and foster cultural change that benefits us all. \nIt can be challenging to face the underlying patterns of domination that are active in our society now. And we have a precious opportunity to allow ourselves to be deeply moved\, to tend to our hearts\, and to engage in skillful action. \nIn this event we’ll explore the resource of our true nature in discovering fresh\, creative responses to harm. We’ll invite us to come into a healthy relationship with power and accountability as an expression of nondual compassion. \nTogether we’ll explore: \n\nHow intercepting abuse is a natural human response—and what holds us back from this natural instinct.\nHow “spiritual bypassing” keeps systems of domination intact and what we can do instead.\nWays to recognize and use power consciously—whether in leadership\, family\, or community roles.\nHow to act from integrity and our deepest knowing in the face of systemic and personal harm.\n\nBios \nMiranda Macpherson is a contemporary spiritual teacher who has been guiding others into direct experience of the sacred for over thirty years internationally. In her twenties she founded the OneSpirit Interfaith Foundation in London\, where she trained and ordained over 600 ministers and counsellors. Today Miranda leads the Living Grace Global Sangha\, leads retreats internationally\, broadcasts extensively and serves as core faculty at The Shift Network. She is an advisor to the Association for Spiritual Integrity. \nUnapologetically feminine\, joyful and down to earth in her way of being\, Miranda is dedicated to loving people all the way back into the freedom and wholeness of our True Nature. Further\, Miranda invites others to become more graceful human beings\, embodying creative\, peaceful and wise action that serves our loved ones and the human family in these enormous times. \nMiranda’s books include The Way of Grace: the Transforming Power of Ego Relaxation (Sounds True)\, Boundless Love (Rider) and Meditations on Boundless Love (Sounds True)\, and the Cultivating Grace Card Deck. Miranda is also a kirtan musician and singer with 2 mantra albums – Streams of Grace and The Heart of Being. Find out more at www.mirandamacpherson.com \nLisa Ferguson\, Ph.D.\, integrates awakening\, healing\, and action in her work on Engaged Nonduality: how our spiritual recognition is embodied in response to planetary crises\, injustice and suffering. Through groups\, 1:1 sessions\, and public events\, she holds space for personal and collective awakening and skillful action. \nLisa has worked closely with John Prendergast as a mentee and co-leader of Engaged Nonduality offerings\, and has facilitated a meditative inquiry group for several years.\nBased on her experience as a change agent and organizer\, she founded Climate Compassion in 2015 to support the inner and outer work of responding to our planetary crises with wise action and a compassionate heart. \nAbout The Engaged Nonduality series\nThis Engaged Nonduality series\, hosted by Lisa Ferguson\, explores how nondual wisdom may respond to our world in crisis. We live in a time of multiple intersecting crises that threaten the wellbeing of all life\, including climate breakdown\, unaligned tech and AI\, injustice\, war and authoritarianism. The recognition of nonduality has much to offer in these times\, including a deep knowing of our wholeness and shared Being\, as well as opening to the wellspring of our wise and creative response. \nSliding Scale: $15 to $40\nNo one turned away for lack of funds.\nIf you can’t pay within the sliding scale\, contact us to let us know what you can contribute.\nAddress inquiries to web@opencirclecenter.org\nREGISTER \nRecording will be emailed to participants within a week.\nYou’re welcome to join even if you can’t attend the live session.\nTo check your local time\, use a tool such as: World Time Buddy

SUMMARY:Lynn Marie Lumiere ~ Empowered Embodiment: Nondual Healing of our Human Wounding
DESCRIPTION:4 part series April 17\, 20\, 24\, 27\, 2026\n10:00 am – 12:30 pm\, Pacific Time\nTime Zone Converter\nEvent will be recorded and emailed to participants after each meeting. \nStep into your true power and heal across all dimensions of human experience \nAwakening to an infinite source of Love does not in itself resolve all our human wounding and trauma. It is through embodying that Love that we become empowered to bring about true change and healing in all dimensions of our life. This occurs as we meet our pain\, hurt\, and wounding in/as awakened Presence\, undivided. It is that simple. Yet\, our body-mind often needs skilled support to build a capacity for allowing that simple\, yet powerful\, nondual healing to manifest. \nThis 4-part series offers an experiential exploration of Empowered Embodiment\, which brings about nondual healing and awakening on four dimensions of human experience: somatic\, emotional\, mental and spiritual. SUMMARY:Ajaya Sommers ~ Being Here: From Emotional Reactivity to Embodied Intimacy
DESCRIPTION:Sliding Scale: $15 to $40\nNo one turned away for lack of funds.\nTo check your local time\, use a tool such as: World Time Buddy \nREGISTER \nA gathering to settle the nervous system\, open the heart\, and deepen connection with yourself\, others\, and life. \nWe are living in an extraordinary moment. The pace and intensity of modern life often exceed our nervous system’s capacity to metabolize experience. Many of us can feel it — the subtle pressure of too much\, too fast — leaving the body braced\, attention scattered\, and emotional reactivity closer to the surface. \nWhen the nervous system perceives overwhelm\, it naturally organizes around protection. Attention narrows. Reactivity increases. Even the most sincere spiritual insight can become difficult to embody\, because the organism itself is working simply to maintain stability. \nYet genuine healing and awakening require the opposite: a body that feels safe enough to stay. \nThis gathering is an invitation to explore the meeting point between nervous system regulation and embodied awakening. When we learn how to support the body’s natural capacity for safety and coherence\, emotional activation no longer needs to overwhelm us. Instead\, it can become workable material — living energy that deepens presence\, vitality\, and our capacity for authentic relationship. \nMany people who are drawn to this work have already walked a meaningful path of inner exploration. And still\, they sense a subtle gap between what they understand spiritually and what they are able to sustain in real-time relationship — especially when emotions intensify. \nThis gathering gently explores how that gap begins to close. \nWhen emotional reactivity is met with awareness rather than suppression or discharge\, the nervous system begins to reorganize. Presence stabilizes. Relational sensitivity deepens. And what emerges is a more intimate way of being — with ourselves\, with others\, with nature\, and with the living moment we are already inside. \nThroughout our time together\, we will explore several experiential practices designed to support both nervous system regulation and embodied awakening. \nWhat We’ll Practice Together \nNervous System Grounding\nSimple somatic practices that help the body settle into greater regulation and safety\, creating the physiological conditions where presence and insight can naturally deepen. \nBreath\, Sound\, and Embodied Awareness\nContinuum-inspired breath practices incorporating evocative sound and subtle movement to awaken the body’s innate vitality and support heart–brain coherence. \nMeeting Emotional Activation with Presence\nLearning how to stay present with emotional reactivity as it arises\, allowing activation to metabolize rather than overwhelm or shut us down. \nRelational Presence\nExploring how to remain connected to ourselves while being in authentic contact with others\, allowing deeper intimacy\, honesty\, and shared humanity to emerge. \nResting in the Intelligence of Being\nDiscovering how awareness naturally stabilizes when the body no longer needs to defend against experience\, opening access to the deeper organizing intelligence that lives within life itself. \nIn This Gathering You May Experience \n• Greater nervous system regulation and emotional resilience\n• Increased capacity to stay present during relational intensity\n• A deeper sense of connection to your body and inner life\n• Greater intimacy and authenticity in how you relate to others\n• Access to the quiet intelligence that emerges when presence stabilizes \nAbout Ajaya Sommers \nAjaya Sommers\, RCST\, is the founder of Core Embodiment®\, a somatic practitioner\, teacher\, and speaker with over 30 years of experience guiding people into genuine transformation. \nHer work lives at the intersection of somatic embodiment\, relational intimacy\, and non-dual inquiry\, helping people reclaim presence\, coherence\, and deeper connection to themselves and others. She is a certified Biodynamic Craniosacral Integration Teacher\, NARM practitioner\, and Authorized Continuum Teacher\, and has presented at the SAND Conference\, Esalen Institute\, the Institute of Noetic Sciences (IONS)\, and the Purpose Summit. \najayasommers.com \nSliding Scale: $15 to $40\nNo one turned away for lack of funds.\nIf you can’t pay within the sliding scale\, just contact us to let us know what you can contribute.\nAddress inquiries to web@opencirclecenter.org \nREGISTER \nThe event will be recorded and emailed to participants within a week.\nTo check your local time\, use a tool such as: World Time Buddy

SUMMARY:Jeannie Zandi ~ Just This: The Power of the Present Moment
DESCRIPTION:It’s so easy to be distracted by the mind and caught up in its games of futurizing and strategizing\, only to be left depleted\, lost and without an anchor to our deeper presence. \nIn this meeting\, Jeannie will guide participants into their simple\, immediate presence where we’ll discover and explore the ground of being that quietly holds everything\, tasting and touching its power. \nThrough meditation\, guided meditation\, a talk and shared inquiry\, we will explore anchors to the present\, discovering ways to open to and be touched by our own inner depths. \nAbout Jeannie Zandi\nJeannie Zandi is a nondual spiritual teacher and guide for embodied awakening\, inviting students to fully inhabit their human lives with presence\, clarity\, and love. SUMMARY:Pamela Wilson ~ Returning the Nervous System to Resilience and Relaxed Spacious Strength ~ 4 Part Online Retreat
DESCRIPTION:May 4\, 7\, 11 & 14\, 2026\n10:00 am – 12:00 pm\, Pacific Daylight Time (PT)\nTime Zone Converter\nEvent will be recorded and emailed to participants after each meeting.\nYou’re welcome to join even if you can’t attend all the live sessions. \nFrom wound up to at Rest! So important for the one nervous system to unwind and root itself as aware presence\, liberating itself from human pressure and past. Its true nature is receptive and resilient\, not overwhelmed\, stressed and routinely threatened. Same presence and wise enduring love as we are! \nThe nervous system was designed to vibrate as love\, in resonance and celebration of life in all its beauty\, intimacy and artfulness. As we all notice\, under pressure\, this musical instrument can emit discordant vibrations.\nOriginally\, in service to survival it functions as a alert to be aware….but starts to misfire if there’s lack of sleep\, conflict and overwhelm. The fearful part of the mind does not help either! Reviewing\, replaying and predicting future perils. So\, what to do? It’s simple! \nStillness and love can re-tune the nervous system by being it’s friend and answering its calls within\, heart to heart. Every form and function longs to return to its naturalness\, the nervous system longs to live and be the serene system! All inner musical instruments can play the song of songs\, serenity and stillness. \nAbout Pamela Wilson:\nPamela has been a messenger for Truth and Heart wisdom worldwide for over 30 years. Like many of us\, she was originally motivated by a passionate curiosity fueled by despair and sorrow about humanity and her own struggles. She started meditating in 1976 after her mother died\, and was lucky enough to find true teachers. Chance meetings with Dilgo Khentse Rinpoche in a garden\, shaktipat from Muktananda\, private spontaneous encounters with Rabbi Zalman Schachter\, and alone time with Lester Levenson and Robert Adams nourished her en route. Merging in Neelam and Prem’s satsang back into the original river of love\, dissolved the sense of self and much history. What a relief to return to aware naturalness! There were enough clues that kept her marinating in satsang\, especially that of Yudishtara! His whisper\, “Don’t let anyone tell you\, you are anything but love!” No one ever tells you that! An ongoing passion for liberation and light-heartedness kept inquiry into the nature of mind\, the emotions and the body ongoing. Oh\, and what treasures were found in the essence of all that! Confirming Lao Tzu’s invitation to be a kind-hearted grandparent within\, and Papaji’s “Look within\, approach everything with devotion and gratitude\, stay as heart!” And Ramana Maharshi’s “Nothing is what it appears to be!” \nHow could any form resist all the warm compassion meeting it?\nAnd so it unwinds from defense back into relaxation\, renewed by respect and surprised to be met with gratitude. The original invitation is Know Thyself! As modern sages we return for every form and function so it All can know itself!\nAs compassion we all notice harmful ignorance and suffering\, enough is enough!\nA quiet revolution from the inside out. Each sage is required to do the inner work. \n“Pamela shares something she calls “Inner satsang.” It is quite simple and direct\, and although it requires a clear intention\, it is not hard to learn. In my recent reading of Carl Jung’s essays and lectures\, I came upon Jung’s description of his own inner exploration method which he called “active imagination.” It became clear that Jung’s practice and Pamela’s are identical. This method of going within is most likely something ancient which has been passed down through the ages by saints and sages of all traditions. I feel extremely fortunate that in my friendship with Pamela she has passed on to me this beautiful way of fulfilling my long held and deepest heart’s desire.”\n~ Lawrence Homolka \n“Thank you for bringing the Heart back to Advaita!”\n~ Rabbi Ravi Shapiro \nMore about Pamela: www.pamelasatsang.com \nSliding Scale: $80 to $120\nSome Partial Scholarships Available\nPlease Register Early if you can. \nREGISTER

In our deliciously unique personalities . . . and bodies . . . we are designed to grow\, to move\, to shift\, to love . . .we are designed to expand and be fully aligned with our essence\, the very same energetic material of absolute reality. \nWe live on a planet of duality – where everything expands and contracts\, nothing stays the same. Right now\, we are living through a massive\, destructive falling apart. We are in the midst of a large contracting collapse. \nThis collapse is not new; collectively we have collapsed before. But we are having to face THIS darkness and THIS collapse as it unfolds; how can we face this moment with fresh eyes and expanded consciousness? Perhaps we can use this moment to individually and collectively grow\, mature\, love more and maybe even wake up to our deepest reality – our natural beingness that is not divided\, not reactive\, not closed off from our own shadows and the shadow of the world. \nWe have come to this planet to heal and to love; to heal all that has been ostracized and held with shame; to love every cell and trait we have inherited and as situations and circumstances energetically put pressure on us\, clear our inner tangles so we may truly love all that is; love us back into our innate being. \nWhat if our response to destruction and heart-less-ness was genuine kindness\, compassion and heart-felt love? \nBIO\nBeth Miller is a spiritual teacher\, psychotherapist\, and author devoted to deepening in our true nature and living in loving relationship with all of life. Her work weaves psychological depth with direct spiritual inquiry into presence\, love and wholeness. After raising 2 sons and completing her doctoral study in psychology\, Beth taught at California Institute of Integral Studies and UCSF\, maintained a private practice and led workshops in resilience. Her first book\, The Woman’s Book of Resilience: 12 Qualities to Cultivate\, was published in 2005\, and came from her doctoral dissertation. Through teaching\, writing and private sessions\, Beth shares from lived experience. \nBeth studied and followed Adyashanti\, David Hawkins\, Mooji and Jan Frazier. In 2013\, she spent a week one on one with Jan Frazier in Vermont. Jan is heart based\, and “ignited the same heart flame” in Beth. Later\, in a three day retreat with Jan in Mill Valley\, “three things happened simultaneously. I felt an intense burning sensation in my gut\, radiating throughout my entire body and all barriers between me and the people in the room\, the room itself\, the great outdoors fell away and the reality of being everyone and everything was as clear as clear could be. The oneness of it all felt incredibly ordinary – in the sense of having known this all along and just now remembering – it felt so completely natural\, so matter of fact. The third\, and by far\, the most difficult to express is the immensity of love that washed through me\, arose in and all around me…. love that was beyond anything I could express and bigger than anything I could imagine. It was over-powering in an indelible and stunningly glorious way. In retrospect\, I can see how the last 12 years has been a deepening into the expression of love.” \nIn her most recent book\, Awakening is Not for the Faint of Heart\, she shares her own journey through Long Covid and inner transformation\, inviting readers into an honest\, courageous\, and compassionate engagement with life exactly as it is. \nBeth’s website: www.bethmillerphd.com \nRick Archer – Batgap 3/22 interview with Beth: https://batgap.com/beth-miller/ \nAwareness Explorer Interview with Beth: https://www.awarenessexplorers.com/podcast/episode/1ad4fd5d/198-beth-miller-guest-explorer \nSliding Scale: $15 to $40\nNo one turned away for lack of funds.\nIf you can’t pay within the sliding scale\, just contact us to let us know what you can contribute.\nAddress inquiries to web@opencirclecenter.org \nREGISTER \nThe event will be recorded and emailed to participants within a week.\nTo check your local time\, use a tool such as: World Time Buddy

\nREGISTER

SUMMARY:Stephan Bodian ~ A Book Launch and Celebration for ‘Infinite Awakening: A Guide to Nondual Wisdom and the Pathless Path’
DESCRIPTION:A Book Launch and Celebration for ‘Infinite Awakening: A Guide to Nondual Wisdom and the Pathless Path’\nA New Book by Stephan Bodian. With a Foreword by Adyashanti. \nThe great awakening for which we may spend a lifetime searching is actually quite simple: Everything is just the way it is\, an innately perfect\, sacred\, and indivisible whole\, whose essence is empty\, conscious\, and filled with love. The recognition that this is what I am\, not the dream character I take myself to be\, frees us from a lifetime of suffering and identification and awakens us to our inherent happiness and peace of mind. Yet the journey to this realization and its embodiment may be infinitely challenging as the result of our psychological complexity and the difficulties we face as individuals. This is one of the core messages of my new book\, Infinite Awakening. \nJoin me for a brief exploration of how the pathless path unfolds and the infinite awakenings we encounter along the way. I’ll be offering guided meditations and pointers from the book\, discussion of how the book came to be\, ample time for dialogue and Q&A\, and insights from key chapters on: the stages of awakening; the pros and cons of teachers; preparing the path; welcoming what is; trauma and awakening; and awakened relationships. \nParticipants will receive an excerpt from the book. \nAny donations go to the work of Open Circle Center. \nInfinite Awakening is a powerful guide to remembering the vast\, tender awareness that is our true nature. With deep clarity and a heart attuned to our shared humanity\, Stephan Bodian illuminates a path to freedom and love that feels both timeless and intimately grounded and alive.\n~ Tara Brach\, author of Radical Acceptance and True Refuge \n‘Stephan Bodian offers a clear\, compassionate\, and beautifully articulated guide to the timeless understanding that lies at the heart of all true spirituality. Infinite Awakening is a lucid companion for anyone drawn to the recognition of their own ever-present being. It is a book that points\, with great clarity and tenderness\, to the pathless path of non-dual awakening.’\n~ Rupert Spira\, author of The Nature of Consciousness and Being Aware of Being Aware \nAbout Stephan Bodian\nStephan is a licensed psychotherapist and a teacher in the nondual wisdom tradition of Zen\, Dzogchen\, and Advaita Vedanta. Trained as a Zen monk\, he studied for many years with Advaita sage Jean Klein and received Dharma transmission (authorization to teach) from Adyashanti. He’s the founder and director of the School for Awakening and the author of a number of books\, including Meditation for Dummies\, Beyond Mindfulness\, and the new book Infinite Awakening\, which will be released by Shambhala in May.\nwww.stephanbodian.org \nBy donation. SUMMARY:Beth Miller ~ VULNERABILITY – A SUPERPOWER (In-Person)
DESCRIPTION:You are invited to a satsang with Beth Miller where we will explore spiritual awakening and vulnerability. \nTogether\, let’s dive into what we know in our essence . . . opening to an ever-deepening realization that what we are in the truest sense is an inside job – an inward surrendering of anything and everything that is in the way of knowing\, living\, being and expressing our true nature of loving being-ness. A courageous surrendering . . .a trusting vulnerability. \nOften\, we humans\, shy away from vulnerability. We have been taught it is weak\, unattractive\, needy; even failure. And yet\, let’s stand back for a moment . . . \nIn a welcoming circle of kinship let’s explore the beauty\, the fears\, and profundity of vulnerability. \nWe are whole and holy beings . . . naturally soft and tender . . . aching to be fully alive and free – longing to know the vulnerability of our interconnectedness; called to being totally at One with our sacred humanity and all of Life. \nAs counter-intuitive as it appears\, being vulnerable . . . naked in the sun . . . is holding hands with the Divine. In 2013\, she spent a week one-on-one with Jan Frazier in Vermont. Jan is heart-based\, and “ignited the same heart flame” in Beth. Later\, in a three-day retreat with Jan in Mill Valley\, “three things happened simultaneously. “I felt an intense burning sensation in my gut\, radiating throughout my entire body\, and all barriers between me and the people in the room\, the room itself\, the great outdoors fell away\, and the reality of being everyone and everything was as clear as clear could be. The oneness of it all felt incredibly ordinary – in the sense of having known this all along and just now remembering; it felt so completely natural\, so matter-of-fact.
\nBeth’s website: www.bethmillerphd.com \nRick Archer – Batgap 3/22 interview with Beth: https://batgap.com/beth-miller/ \nAwareness Explorer Interview with Beth: www.awarenessexplorers.com/podcast/episode/1ad4fd5d/198-beth-miller-guest-explorer \nNo pre-registration required\n*** Just show up & pay at the door ***\nSuggested donation: $15 to $30\nNo one turned away for lack of funds \nConnie Barbour Room\nBerkeley Fellowship of Unitarian Universalists (BFUU)\nUpstairs\, behind the main BFUU building at the corner on Cedar and Bonita.\nPlease enter through the courtyard gate at 1606 Bonita.\nThen enter the building through the first entrance on the left.\nProceed up the stairs to the Connie Barbour Room. \nPARKING: There is street parking in the neighborhood. \nFor inquiries contact LocalEvents@opencirclecenter.org \nIf you have symptoms of a respiratory infection\, or have had a recent\nCovid exposure or positive test\, please stay home out of consideration for others
