Event will be recorded and emailed
to participants after each meeting.

You're welcome to join even if you can't attend all the live sessions.

Join Pamela Wilson and fellow sages in gathering together to look into and honor the love at the heart of all movement and stillness. The Love that animates and renews everything.

If everything has a Heart, even that which feels and looks as if it has turned away from Love, there will be a longing to return to the simplicity and satisfaction of living as Wise Love. Nothing wishes to maintain separation, but needs a kind guide home. Each one of us can invite home that which is restless and stuck, back to its own Heart.

Despite history or role play, the pulse of this one heart is constant at the core of everything.

Pamela evokes through dialogue, inquiry and her very presence the qualities of unconditional love and radical acceptance. She is celebrated for her ability to open the heart and create a space in which long-cherished struggles and notions about one’s identity relax. Featured in the book Ordinary Women, Extraordinary Wisdom, Pamela is at her best in heart-felt dialogue, so please bring your questions!

Jeannie Zandi ~ Root Down

Sunday, February 27, 2022 @ 10:00am-12:00noon (Pacific Time)

Paradoxically, the foundation of living as our formless essential nature is the willingness to also embody. Join Jeannie and friends to explore how to support ourselves in joining our heights with our depths.

Jeannie’s gift for inviting people to join her in resting and rooted presence evokes a deep meeting with oneself and reality. Within that, Jeannie’s humor and iconoclasm serve to bring people into an understanding that is beyond the intellectual. Through silent and guided meditation, spontaneous talks and exchange with participants, Jeannie will host a space of clarity and warmth where the richness of relating can be explored safely and your innermost questions met fully.

Jeannie Zandi is the director of Living as Love, a nonprofit organization dedicated to seeding a culture of the Heart on the planet, inspiring, teaching and supporting people to live from their essence as Love. A year before the birth of her daughter, Jeannie was plunged into a dark night of the soul that culminated in a radical shift of consciousness. She is known for her fearless clarity, tender mercy toward humanness, and a juicy, poetic and often humorous style that draws from Advaita Vedanta, Sufism, Christian mysticism and the ongoing revelation of fully engaged living.

March 2022

(new date) Georgia Simone ~ Awakened Healing: Become The Space Where Healing Takes Place

Sunday, March 6, 2022 @ 10:00am-12:00noon (Pacific Time)

Welcome to The Holding Space.

A space where we can gather together and BE exactly as we are

A space where the full spectrum of your human experience is invited

Calm, anxious, open, closed,

ALL is welcome here.

It's in this gentle embrace that everything can start to unravel. It's in this open space that we can begin to unwind the strategies that no longer serve us. This is the space that early mis-attunement failed to foster, the space where love blooms and new life can emerge. This is the space where all that quivers and shakes can come to rest, and where all that contorts can untwist into greater alignment.

Through gentle exploration and somatic awareness you can cultivate a new way of being with your most challenging patterns. No longer a victim of the push and pull of inner disturbance, you can step forward with greater confidence, knowing that whatever comes your way, you embody the resilience and the capacity to meet and integrate it.

You can expect a deeply held space where you’ll be invited to slow down, tune in, and track your present-moment experience. As you awaken and refine a more subtle way of Being and Being With, you can slowly but surely become the space – the container and the field – where healing takes place.

Bio:
The first leg of Georgia Simone’s path exposed her to the teachings of Advaita Vedanta, which provided her with the foundation she needed to dis-identify from pain and suffering. However, despite a growing freedom, a significant bypass took place, as her orientation towards transcendence reinforced her deep disconnection from Life. Upon seeing this, her focus became addressing the unresolved trauma that had woven its way into every fibre of her being.

After many years of wading through this marshland of conditioning, she now shares her discoveries with others. She believes that the spiritual path is as much about arriving here fully - as an embodied human being - as it is about dissolving into the infinite source that makes this life possible. How can we die to the absolute, while deeply embracing our relative human experience? This Living inquiry is her Life’s prayer.

[CANCELED] Lynn Marie Lumiere, MFT ~ TRUE HEALING: BODY-MIND & BEING ~ 3-Part Retreat

Friday, March 11, 2022 @ 9:00am - 12:00pm (Pacific Time), Part of 3-part Retreat, March 11, 12 & 13, 2022

Unfortunately this event was canceled.

True healing requires an awakening of body, mind and Being. We will bring together spiritual wisdom and somatic psychology to focus on both waking up to True Nature and resolving the human issues we struggle with such as depression, anxiety, low self-worth, and illness. These issues, along with the life problems they create, can interfere with our ability to rest as Being.

The retreat will offer:

  • Deepened recognition of our True Nature through guided meditations and sharing truth
  • Somatic practices to help regulate the nervous system and build resilience
  • Psychotherapeutic processes for resolving the blocks to our full expression
  • Sharing and dialogue in the group
  • Practices to do between meetings on retreat days

The Presence of our own Being is the only true healing force there is. As we awaken to/as Being and allow it to fully meet all our humanness as it is, we are healed and transformed from within. We are also directed to whoever or whatever is needed for our healing.

You are invited to join the retreat sessions live to benefit from group interaction and processing with Lynn Marie.  You are also welcomed to register and attend the retreat by recording on your own time.

Lynn Marie Lumiere, MFT is a psychotherapist and author with a focus on bringing awakened consciousness to the healing of our human body-mind issues. Her work is grounded in nondual spiritual teachings and psychotherapeutic and somatic training. Lynn Marie is a contributing author for the Sacred Mirror: Nondual Wisdom and Psychotherapy, co-author of The Awakening West, and is the author of Awakened Relating: A Guide to Embodying Undivided Love in Intimate Relationships.

Ellen Emmet ~ The Awakening Body: 2 part Online Mini-Retreat

Saturday, March 19, 2022 @ & March 20 ~ 9:00am-12:00pm (Pacific Time)

We start at 9:00 am Pacific Time / 4:00 pm UK time / 5:00 pm Central European Time.

Drawn by our deepest longing, we gather in the invisible shrine.
At the door we leave our beliefs and our ideas. We enter barefoot. We are open. We are together in openness.

During this two-day retreat, we will welcome our direct experience and let it reveal its palpable reality of unconditional love. Within it the layers of suffering that seem to keep us separate from the totality naturally surface.

Our particular focus is our body, allowing it to be our mirror and our pathway, our prayer, and our cry and ultimately the shining expression of our shared essence and unique individual shape.

Together, we will listen to its tactile, emotional, and energetic language and allow it to simply unfold and blossom in its natural original intelligence.

Along the way, held traumas find open pathways, tensions touch the possibility of relaxation, stories find fresh formulations, expression is liberated, and we may discover the effortless movement of healing.

There will be time for sharing each day as our inquiry deepens, and a 20-30 minute break during the 3-hour sessions.

Ellen’s deepest intuition was confirmed when she met her teacher, Francis Lucille. In his presence, she recognized the eternal, limitless and universal nature of our shared reality. Over many years, her understanding has continued to deepen and to touch all levels of experience. At the same time, she has never ceased exploring her individual journey, always curious to live at the interface between the very personal trajectory of her life and the pure intimacy of Presence.

More and more, she senses that each of our lives is a path of revelation and integration, (including its darker crossings), through which the face of truth can shine uniquely and anew, wedding us to our direct experience of Awareness and connecting us to the great family of creation.

Boyan Milouchev ~ Embodied Understanding: The Importance of Feeling Our Emotions

Friday, March 25, 2022 @ 9:00am-11:00am (Pacific Time)

Recognising our True Self - the changeless reality beyond the body, mind, and circumstances in the world - is essential in order to live a true, honest, and happy life.
The recognition that we are not the body or the mind is the beginning of a journey of ever-deeper embodiment of our True Nature: of re-alignment of old beliefs with what is True on the level of the mind; and of releasing tensions and becoming more intuitive and free on the level of the body.

This event will focus on the body and on the importance of allowing feelings to flow through the body without self-judgement and self-blame. Often, strong feelings come with unwanted thoughts, and it is the resistance to these thoughts / feelings that sustains them in experience. We will also talk about projection, the world as a reflection of ourself, and the importance of feeling into whether an action is coming from Love or fear.

The event will begin with a 20-minute meditation followed by a talk and a Q&A session.

Bio:
From an early age, Boyan was fascinated by the nature of the mind and our experience of reality. After exploring NLP, the Three Principles, and A Course in Miracles, his journey of seeking came to an end when he came across non-duality. Today, Boyan supports others along the spiritual journey through one-to-one sessions and online events and programmes. He lovingly guides individuals and groups toward the understanding of the essential cause of their suffering, and to realise their innate wholeness. His approach is gentle but direct and especially well-suited for those who are ready to embrace life and live it fully.
