At any given moment, we can tune into one of two streams. One arises from the natural wholeness of our being: open, still, and complete. The other is formed by the mind’s projections onto Reality, creating a sense of separation and confusion. This mental stream veils what is already whole and true.

In this meeting, we will explore how to rest in the stream of wholeness, learning to recognize and gently turn our attention away from the mind’s content. Through shared inquiry and practice, we’ll deepen our capacity to abide in what is real, whole, and ever-present.

Upon hearing Gangaji in the early 90s say “Be your Natural Self”, Lisa’s heart caught on fire and she fell into a deep bow of surrender. That meeting revealed to her the absolute simplicity of the natural, living truth of Love, inseparable from who one is. In 2006, Lisa was asked by Gangaji to meet with people and share her discovery of the Love that is alive in the core of one’s being. During our meeting together, Lisa will support you with deep stillness and skillful self-inquiry to open to your true nature, leaving behind the illusion of a separate self.

What is community, and why does it matter on the spiritual path? In this meetingl, Jeannie will explore the many faces of community—spiritual, social, and inner—as both a ground for healing, a sangha for practice, and a living metaphor for oneness. We’ll reflect on how community can support our embodiment of presence, invite us into deeper unity, and serve as an experimental ground where love becomes lived reality.

Jeannie Zandi is a nondual spiritual teacher and guide for embodied awakening, inviting students to fully inhabit their human lives with presence, clarity, and love. Known for her fierce tenderness, irreverent wisdom, and unwavering presence, she creates powerful spaces for transformation, where truth is met in the raw, and awakening moves beyond concept into lived reality.

A practitioner will have many openings and experiences over the course of their spiritual or contemplative endeavor. They can leave us with intense wanting, and the question of “how can I get back there?” The challenge is to not mistake the bliss, clarity and unity which characterized the opening as being the awakening itself. Abandoning what was previously attained is an act of surrender that helps us see the true nature of the present.

Ryan Burton is a meditation teacher with over 15 years of intensive practice in Theravāda Buddhism, Dzogchen, Zen and other contemplative lineages. After completing a 9-month retreat period in Thailand in 2019 he began teaching in Los Angeles, California. His work offers clear, practical guidance on awakening, non-duality, jhānas, cessation, dream yoga, and out of body experience.

Join us for Embodiment Lab, an experiential exploration of the body as a doorway to presence and aliveness, returning to the ground of being through our own direct experience.

We will use the fullness of our experience to tune and attune to our bodies, illuminating our deepest healing and freedom. Engaging and transcending our senses, awareness, breath, movement and sound and more, we will use our body’s signals to return to sensate presence.
