Lynn Marie Lumiere, MFT ~ Finding Balance in a World out of Balance

Sunday, March 30, 2025 @ 10:00-12:00pm (Pacific Time)

We are now subject to ever-increasing amounts of stress in the world we live in. The number of issues we are facing globally and the fast pace in which these issues are increasing can overwhelm our current ability to stay in balance. In addition, we have whatever stresses there are in our personal lives.

This webinar offers somatic support for staying regulated as well as spiritual inspiration and guidance for remaining awake in the midst of it all. When our somatic system is regulated, we can be more present and have more capacity to rest in our deeper nature. Both being regulated and in touch with our being will help us through even the most challenging times.

Lynn Marie has decades of experience helping people with awakening and embodiment on all levels. This is an opportunity for you to bring your concerns about our world situation in a supportive and open environment. She will offer her skills as a somatically trained and nondual psychotherapist to support you with experiential exercises as well as inspired talks and group discussion. You are encouraged to attend in person but are welcome to attend by recording as well.

Watch a 6-part video series with Lynn Marie
where she shares about her awakening journey, her views on nervous system activation on the spiritual path,
main obstacles to awakening, ways of including all of our human experience, and more.
