Event Navigation

What if the key to ease isn’t in eliminating life’s chaos, but in learning to rest in the middle of it?
Lazy golden afternoons, the scent of wildflowers in the breeze, the slow rhythm of summer days… yet somehow, life keeps lifing, the world keeps whirling. Plans unravel, emotions rise, the collective crashes about, the unexpected knocks at the door. What if true ease isn’t found in waiting for the mess to disappear, but in learning how to rest within it?
In this special summertime class, Jeannie invites us into the art of resting in the mess—embracing life as it is, rather than exhausting ourselves trying to smooth it out. Through guided exploration, embodied presence, and practical tools, we’ll discover what it means to soften into the swirl rather than resist it.
-
The value of softening into things as they are
-
Soothing the body to find ease amidst uncertainty
-
How to rest into the unresolved
-
Ways to shift from mental overdrive into embodied presence
-
The paradox of true rest—how hands off the steering wheel actually results in truer movement
When we stop chasing an ideal version of ease and instead allow life’s unpredictable flow, we tap into something deeper than control—a restfulness that holds both the sweetness and the storm.
Come join us as we lean back into the arms of life itself and discover what it means to truly rest.
