Event Navigation

You are warmly invited to an on-line satsang with Beth Miller, where we will explore our hearts as we live through dark times.
We have come to this planet to play a character in the unfolding of absolute reality. In our deliciously unique personalities . . . and bodies . . . we are designed to grow, to move, to shift, to love . . .we are designed to expand and be fully aligned with our essence, the very same energetic material of absolute reality.
We live on a planet of duality – where everything expands and contracts, nothing stays the same. Right now, we are living through a massive, destructive falling apart. We are in the midst of a large contracting collapse.
This collapse is not new; collectively we have collapsed before. But we are having to face THIS darkness and THIS collapse as it unfolds; how can we face this moment with fresh eyes and expanded consciousness? Perhaps we can use this moment to individually and collectively grow, mature, love more and maybe even wake up to our deepest reality – our natural beingness that is not divided, not reactive, not closed off from our own shadows and the shadow of the world.
We have come to this planet to heal and to love; to heal all that has been ostracized and held with shame; to love every cell and trait we have inherited and as situations and circumstances energetically put pressure on us, clear our inner tangles so we may truly love all that is; love us back into our innate being.
What if our response to destruction and heart-less-ness was genuine kindness, compassion and heart-felt love?
BIO
Beth Miller is a spiritual teacher, psychotherapist, and author devoted to deepening in our true nature and living in loving relationship with all of life. Her work weaves psychological depth with direct spiritual inquiry into presence, love and wholeness. After raising 2 sons and completing her doctoral study in psychology, Beth taught at California Institute of Integral Studies and UCSF, maintained a private practice and led workshops in resilience. Her first book, The Woman’s Book of Resilience: 12 Qualities to Cultivate, was published in 2005, and came from her doctoral dissertation. Through teaching, writing and private sessions, Beth shares from lived experience.
Beth studied and followed Adyashanti, David Hawkins, Mooji and Jan Frazier. In 2013, she spent a week one on one with Jan Frazier in Vermont. Jan is heart based, and “ignited the same heart flame” in Beth. Later, in a three day retreat with Jan in Mill Valley, “three things happened simultaneously. I felt an intense burning sensation in my gut, radiating throughout my entire body and all barriers between me and the people in the room, the room itself, the great outdoors fell away and the reality of being everyone and everything was as clear as clear could be. The oneness of it all felt incredibly ordinary – in the sense of having known this all along and just now remembering – it felt so completely natural, so matter of fact. The third, and by far, the most difficult to express is the immensity of love that washed through me, arose in and all around me…. love that was beyond anything I could express and bigger than anything I could imagine. It was over-powering in an indelible and stunningly glorious way. In retrospect, I can see how the last 12 years has been a deepening into the expression of love.”
In her most recent book, Awakening is Not for the Faint of Heart, she shares her own journey through Long Covid and inner transformation, inviting readers into an honest, courageous, and compassionate engagement with life exactly as it is.
