Louise Kay ~ Embodied Awareness

Sunday, July 6, 2025 @ 8:30am-10:00am (Pacific Time)

If you bring your attention fully present into the now, and inquire with a genuine, open curiosity into the truth of this moment, what is discovered is that underlying all experiences lies an invisible, potent presence. This presence is often referred to as stillness, being, consciousness or awareness and is the eternal, formless essence of who you are. All else appears in and is perceived by this awareness.

As higher consciousness penetrates the physical body, unconscious beliefs and conditioning are revealed and released, and unprocessed emotions held in the system rise to the surface to be consciously felt and transmuted. This process of deep healing and maturing takes place over time on the level of form, while one remains anchored in the formlessness of the unending now.

In her early thirties Louise felt a deep call in her heart to visit India, where she experienced a profound spiritual awakening. Shortly afterwards Louise traveled around the world sharing this gift for several years. During this time she experienced a deepening and integration of her initial spiritual awakening and as she opened more to this non-dual truth a new form of expression revealed itself from deep in her heart.

Engaged Nonduality ~ With Miranda Macpherson and Lisa Ferguson

Sunday, July 13, 2025 @ 9:00am-11:00am (Pacific Time)

As these chaotic and challenging times continue, we need the refuge that spiritual practice provides to nurture our access to clarity, peace and joy. Equally, we need the refuge of community, to help us acknowledge all that we may be feeling – fear, anger, despair, hopelessness – and open to the Grace that can transform them into responsiveness from our depth.

We will explore what it takes to abide in natural great peace, real love and trust so we can stay resilient in such anxiety provoking times.

Miranda Macpherson is a contemporary spiritual teacher, author and kirtan singer who has been guiding others into direct experience of the sacred for over thirty years. Unapologetically feminine, joyful and down to earth, Miranda invites others to become more graceful human beings, embodying creative, peaceful and wise action that serves the human family in these enormous times.

Lisa Ferguson, Ph.D. is the founder of the Engaged Nonduality series and sangha, which connects the recognition of our non-separateness with our engaged response to suffering, injustice and separation. Weaving the threads of awakening, healing and service, she offers meditative inquiry groups, 1:1 sessions, workshops and trainings that integrate spiritual inquiry, psychological healing, and leadership development as expression of our unique service offering.

Dorothy Hunt ~ Me, Myself, and I: An exploration of ego, self, and truth (In-Person Event)

Sunday, July 27, 2025 @ 2:00pm~4:00pm
Sebastopol, 8476 Sonoma Ave.
Sebastopol, CA,
+ Google Map

Spiritual seekers are quite concerned about "ego". It seems to be the “bad guy” in the spiritual search, the thing that must “die” in order to be liberated. But what is it? Is it real? Is there really a solid little self sitting inside your skin, thinking your thoughts, feeling your feelings, searching for truth, striving to improve, trying to “be present,” judging the world, and separate from the wholeness of being?

Please join Dorothy Hunt for this exploration of our belief in an “ego,” what we perceive to be a “self,” and the deeper truth of what lies beyond our conditioned ideas. Awareness makes “ego” transparent when we are curious and devoted to the truth of who or what we are.

Dorothy Hunt serves as Spiritual Director of Moon Mountain Sangha, teaching at the request of Adyashanti.

Louise Kay ~ Embodied Awareness

Saturday, August 9, 2025 @ 9:00am-10:30am (Pacific Time)

If you bring your attention fully present into the now and inquire with a genuine, open curiosity into the truth of this moment, what is discovered is that underlying all experiences lies an invisible, potent presence. The recognition of this truth through direct experiential knowing is a divine blessing and is followed by a sacred process of integration, which takes place on the level of body and mind. As higher consciousness penetrates the physical body in the surrendered state, unconscious beliefs and conditionings are revealed and released, and unprocessed emotions held in the system rise to the surface to be consciously felt and transmuted.
