John Prendergast ~ Letting Go ~ Bay Area Daylong Retreat

Saturday, September 27, 2025 @ 11:00am - 5:30pm, IN-PERSON & LIVESTREAM
Private country home & LIVESTREAM Fairfax, CA United States

While the essence of the awakening process is a letting go, it cannot be willed. Rather, it arises from a spontaneous upwelling of our deepest desire to be completely emptied out, opened, and freed from any internal resistance to abiding in and as our true nature as loving awareness. Through guided and silent meditation, dyadic inquiry, a talk and experiential conversations, we will explore attuning with this deepest of desires and recognizing and welcoming the inevitable resistance that arises.

John Prendergast is a spiritual teacher, retired psychotherapist, and retired Adjunct Professor of Psychology at CIIS, well known for his pioneering work in integrating non-dual wisdom and psychotherapy. He studied with the European sage Jean Klein for many years, as well as with Adyashanti, who gave him dharma transmission in 2023.

Ellen Emmet ~ Venturing Into the Unlit Corners of the Now

Sunday, September 28, 2025 @ 10:00am-1:00pm (Pacific Time), with 1/2 hour break

There are times in each of our lives when a bitter wind blows our spiritual torch out. It may be called depression, grief, trauma, illness, the end of a relationship, a sense that we are no longer in alignment with our deepest self.
Here we are, standing at the threshold of our being, knowing that nothing we have used to light the way forward will work.

During this gathering we will venture together, away from the certitudes held by the mind and into the dark wilderness of the body. We will listen inwardly to our felt experience. Perhaps we will touch the vulnerability and strength of Life as she cycles and connects us to the great garland of creation.

Ellen’s deepest intuition was confirmed when she met her teacher in the non-dual tradition, Francis Lucille. Hearing his words, she recognized the eternal, limitless and universal nature of our shared reality.
Ellen will draw on her experience of Kashmir nondual yoga, the Jungian ideas especially as expressed by Marion Woodman, Authentic Movement, and whatever else may arise from the field of our gathering.

All those spiritual words mean just one thing: Coming home to the ease and simplicity of right now, beyond the limiting projections of the mind! Most of us spend most of our time suffering in the dream of past and future, of how it should have been then and should be next week. Let’s come together to rest in the joy and fulfillment of Being as it is. Join us for guided and silent meditation, teachings and pointers, and plenty of time for dialogue and discussion.

Stephan Bodian is a teacher in the nondual wisdom tradition of Zen, Dzogchen, and Advaita Vedanta. Jim Newman ~ SIMPLY THIS

Friday, October 10, 2025 @ 7:30pm - 9:00pm (Pacific Time)
Northbrae Community Church, 941 The Alameda
Berkeley, CA United States

These meetings share the simple message that what is truly longed for is already "what is". This obvious simplicity is overlooked by a personal sense of separation that "what is" is missing something, and a conviction that something needs to happen. This sense of a personal reality can be recognized as a need for more experience or knowledge. The hope is that enough of the right experience or knowledge will lead to fulfillment or endless happiness. In the meetings this sense of a personal reality and the need for becoming as necessary is exposed as unnecessary and illusory. In his early twenties, Jim experienced an awakening that completely upended his search within the realm of what could be known. Not understanding what had happened, he turned to those who claimed to know: spiritual teachers and gurus. But it didn't work. The practices and explanations didn't resonate. Then he encountered a radical message: one that stated, without compromise, that there is no one. Upon truly hearing this, the dream and the dreamer dissolved. Never having happened.

And yet, all of this being said: there is no path to what is.
* You can join one date or the full Series: * Friday, Oct. 10 ~ 7:30-9pm * Saturday, Oct. 11 ~ 2-6pm * Sunday, Oct. 12 ~ 2-6pm *

Lynn Marie Lumiere, MFT, SEP ~ NONDUAL TRAUMA HEALING ~ A Deep Dive Retreat into Embodied Presence

Friday, October 17, 2025 @ 9:00am - 12:00pm (Pacific Time), 3 Day Retreat includes Oct 17, 18 & 19

We have all been touched to by trauma to some degree. Trauma can be defined as any experience that takes us out of our window of tolerance and leaves us with high levels of stress in our nervous system. It has also been defined as the inability to be present in the here and now because we get stuck in the past, or in overwhelm. Therefore, healing trauma is an integral part of our nondual awakening and embodiment process. When all of who we are is met in/as our essential nature, there is no more division and we are whole, empowered and healed. We become embodied presence.

Lynn Marie will focus on awakening to true nature as well as developing a balanced nervous system, so you have more ability to remain awake and meet all that arises within the body-mind in your undivided nature. She will also provide skillful means that are often needed to be present with highly stressful experience. Lynn Marie offers a rare blend of embodied spiritual wisdom with a skilled therapeutic approach that facilitates healing of psychological trauma/wounding and the embodiment of awakening.

Pamela Wilson ~ Offer Everything to Love ~ 4 Part Online Retreat

Monday, October 20, 2025 @ 10:00am - 12:00pm (Pacific Time), part of a 4-Part Retreat, includes Oct. 20, 23, 27 & 30

If we offer everything to Love, then the body does not have to carry anything, especially the past. What is uncomfortable is the accumulated weight of the past. As Stillness said recently within: "The birds do not keep their old feathers, nor do snakes carry their shed skin in their mouth!" We have full permission from Stillness to be free of our own and humanity's shared history and cultural beliefs. It is okay to be free of the past! It has passed!

What if Love knows best! The unwinding ribbons of constraint respond beautifully when they notice there is no time required for freedom. And no need to maintain enough conditioning to fit in.

Please join your fellow sages to explore Inner Satsang, blessing all within that felt it was hiding us to keep us safe!

Pamela Wilson evokes through dialogue, inquiry and her very presence the qualities of unconditional love and radical acceptance. She is celebrated for her ability to open the heart and create a space in which long-cherished struggles and notions about one’s identity relax.

Dorothy Hunt ~ Forgiving the Dream

Saturday, October 25, 2025 @ 9:30am-11:30am (Pacific Time)

What occurs between the feeling of “I can’t forgive” and realizing “there is no one TO forgive?” In this exploration, we will exclude any “shoulds,” and focus on what is real, what is true, and what is here beneath our judgments, anger, hurts, and fears. Are we curious and courageous enough to look deeply? What happens when we find ourselves in a bigger energy field than the wounds and identities we seem to carry?

When something truly awakens to who/what we are, we may realize we have been living in a dream of separation that really isn’t true. If all of life is an expression of the “One without a second,” who is there to forgive? And yet, the Love we most deeply ARE, may one day move to forgive both the dreamer and the dream.

Dorothy Hunt serves as Spiritual Director of Moon Mountain Sangha, teaching at the request and in the spiritual lineage of Adyashanti. Her teaching blends Advaita and Zen with a deep welcoming of the human expressions of the Mystery. In addition, she is a contributing author to two books on Nondual Wisdom and Psychotherapy, and the editor of Love: A Fruit Always in Season.

Sebastopol, 8476 Sonoma Ave.
Sebastopol, CA,

At the heart of being human lies a deep longing to belong: to one another, to Spirit, to the Earth, and to ourselves. True wholeness arises when we honor both our inner autonomy and our connection to the greater web of life. Without a felt sense of belonging, we can become isolated, untethered, and alone.

In this gathering, we’ll explore what it truly means to come home within ourselves, in relationship with others, and as part of something larger. As we recognize our deep interconnection, we open to the care and compassion that naturally arise, the essence of a full-circle spiritual awakening.

Susanne Marie offers integrated teachings in support of freedom, and the celebration of our common essence of love and unity with all life. As a natural empath, her teaching style is heart-centered and practical, with a focus on supporting you in your unique awakening journey.
Note that Daylight Savings Time ends at 2 am Nov. 2nd.. Set your clocks back 1 hour!
