Mikael Hedman ~ Working Directly with Consciousness

Sunday, November 15, 2026 @ 10:00am - 11:30am (Pacific Time)

A shift in consciousness can change your entire relationship with what is already here. You may find freedom where you once felt confined, or a directness of experience that the effort to understand have kept just out of reach.

Visiting from Sweden, Mikael Hedman offers an evening devoted to helping you experience this for yourself – with close attention to you as a person and what matters in your life.

His work draws on an intimate knowledge of consciousness and a precise sensitivity to where your attention becomes caught. Working directly with you, he helps you recognize and release these points of restriction, discovering what becomes possible when attention is freed from the effort of holding things in place.

Through individual exchanges and practices within the group, Mikael offers guidance shaped by you and what matters in your life. The emphasis is on direct experience and integration: recognizing a shift for yourself, learning to sustain it, and allowing it to inform how you live.

You are welcome to participate or simply listen. Bring your curiosity, whatever matters to you, and a willingness to discover beyond the familiar.

About Mikael Hedman
Mikael Hedman is a Swedish former military officer whose work arises from a profound and enduring shift in consciousness in 2015. Through individual conversations, groups, and retreats, he guides you into a direct experience of consciousness and supports its integration into how you live, relate, and act. His experience includes teaching emotional processing and stress management to international special forces personnel.

Mikael combines an unwavering clarity of consciousness with a warm interest in you as a person. His manner is perceptive, personal, and sometimes disarmingly direct, with room for humor and the tenderness of being human. At the heart of his work is a simple willingness to meet you where you are, including the places you find hardest to share. He helps you approach what you habitually turn away from – and discover what becomes possible when you can finally meet yourself there.
