What if coming home to yourself isn’t about becoming someone better, but discovering how to be more fully here—in your body, your heart, your relationships, and your life?
Even when we recognize something profoundly true about our nature, familiar patterns of protection can continue to shape how we feel, relate, and respond to life. We may withdraw, reach for control, or lose connection with ourselves in our longing for connection with others.
Through somatic practice, guided inquiry, and relational exploration, we will discover what becomes possible when we meet our experience with curiosity and care rather than the impulse to fix, change, or turn away. As we learn to stay present with more of what we experience, familiar patterns can begin to soften, allowing spiritual insight to become more fully embodied in how we live and relate.
Across four gatherings, we will explore the unfolding movement of coming home to ourselves:
- STAYING — Finding Ground: Cultivating the capacity to remain present when intensity arises.
- FEELING — The Intelligence of the Heart: Meeting emotion, vulnerability, and longing with greater presence and care.
- OPENING — Intimacy Without Self-Abandonment: Deepening our capacity to stay connected to ourselves as we open to others and to life.
- LIVING — The Embodiment of Presence: Allowing awareness to inform how we relate, love, and meet the ordinary moments of our lives.
Drawing on Continuum’s breath, sound, and subtle movement, alongside guided inquiry and shared exploration, we will cultivate a more intimate relationship with ourselves and discover new possibilities for living with greater freedom, presence, and connection.
The freedom we seek does not require us to leave ourselves behind. It invites us into a more intimate relationship with all that we are.
