It’s so easy to be distracted by the mind and caught up in its games of futurizing and strategizing, only to be left depleted, lost and without an anchor to our deeper presence.
In this meeting, Jeannie will guide participants into their simple, immediate presence where we’ll discover and explore the ground of being that quietly holds everything, tasting and touching its power.
Through meditation, guided meditation, a talk and shared inquiry, we will explore anchors to the present, discovering ways to open to and be touched by our own inner depths.

Jeannie Zandi is a nondual spiritual teacher and guide for embodied awakening, inviting students to fully inhabit their human lives with presence, clarity, and love.
