August 2026
Silent Group Meditation (Free, No Guidance)
Mondays: 8:00am – 8:30am Pacific Time
Wednesdays : 9:00am – 9:30am Pacific Time
Ongoing every week, with rare exceptions. Check Full Calendar to verify dates.
Join for a group meditation – just us, without a teacher. Do your own practice silently in the company of others. There will be no talk or guidance – only a bell to start and finish. Let’s be present, together.
After half an hour of silent sitting, there will be space for a brief hello in the end, if we like.
Please be seated by the time meditation starts, so that we can begin together. You are welcome to have your camera and microphone on (unless you have a lot of background noise), so that we can feel as if we were in one space.
The zoom link remains the same for all the sessions, so you are welcome to register only once and save the link for future reference.

Ryan Burton ~ The Awareness Release & Reverse Method
For centuries, meditation instruction has rested on a single assumption: that awareness must be held. Whether directed at the breath or turned back upon the mind itself in non-dual inquiry, the instruction is the same — apply effort, sustain attention, and don’t let go. The result is a state of focus that is genuinely useful, but which remains conditioned and maintained by concentration.
This workshop teaches the opposite...... LEARN MORE HERE

For centuries, meditation instruction has rested on a single assumption: that awareness must be held — apply effort, sustain attention, and don’t let go. The result is a state of focus that is genuinely useful, but which remains conditioned and maintained by concentration.
This workshop teaches the opposite.
Rather than sustaining awareness, you will be instructed to release it.
The aim is to bring to rest the grasping, efforting, and attempting functions of the mind — the very machinery that keeps the present moment feeling like something to be reached rather than something already fully here.
Ryan Burton is a meditation teacher and guide in the non-dual traditions, with over seventeen years of practice across Dhammakaya Theravada, Dzogchen, Vedanta, and Zen.

Ajaya Sommers ~ Awake Attachment™ – Intimacy with Life as a Path of Embodied Awakening ~ 4 Part Online Series
When the separate self dissolves - and awakens to ones natural being, in deep meditation, in nature, in love - what remains is not emptiness. It is intimacy. With everything.
This is not an achievement. It is our original nature.
And yet most of us cannot sustain it. Because the nervous system learned, early, that connection was not always safe.
What we long for most - a holy, primal intimacy with life itself, with ourselves, with other humans, with the more-than-human world - is also what we fear most. And the very places we feel most broken, most defended, most disconnected, are not obstacles to that intimacy. They are the doorway into it..... LEARN MORE HERE

When the separate self dissolves and awakens to one's natural being, in deep meditation, in nature, in love, what remains is not emptiness. It is intimacy. With everything.
And yet most of us cannot sustain it. Because the nervous system learned early that connection was not always safe.
But the very places we feel most broken, most defended, most disconnected, are not obstacles to that intimacy. They are the doorway into it. What if the path is not away from attachment but through it, into the embodied realization of being both awake and attached?
Awakening to our true nature does not automatically resolve the nervous system patterns organized around protection. This series explores that meeting point — where spiritual realization and the living body learn to breathe together.
Ajaya Sommers' work lives at the intersection of somatic intelligence, embodied awakening, relational intimacy, and non-dual inquiry, helping people reclaim presence, coherence, and deeper connection to themselves, others and Life itself.

Awakening can bring greater peace, clarity, and freedom. And on this path, many of us eventually encounter another invitation: the call to live more fully.

Jeannie Zandi ~ Love Beyond Gender ~ Liberating the Heart from Gender Conditioning
From the time we're very young, we begin learning who we're supposed to be. We absorb countless messages about what it means to be a woman or a man, which emotions are acceptable, how we're expected to love, speak, lead, care, and belong. Much of this conditioning happens so early and so subtly that we mistake it for the truth.
Beneath these learned roles is a heart that longs to love freely and live truthfully.
In this gathering, we'll explore the ways gender conditioning can shape our expression of love, our relationship with vulnerability and strength, our ability to receive and to give..... LEARN MORE HERE
