Jeannie Zandi ~ Citizen of Love: Embodying Your Place in the Whole
What does it mean to be a true citizen of the world—not as an abstract ideal, but as an embodied reality? In this illuminating session, Jeannie will guide participants beyond both rugged individualism and self-abandoning collectivism into a vision of citizenship rooted in the understanding that we are distinct yet inseparable parts of a living whole.
Jeannie Zandi is a nondual spiritual teacher and guide for embodied awakening, inviting students to fully inhabit their human lives with presence, clarity, and love. Known for her fierce tenderness, irreverent wisdom, and unwavering presence, she creates powerful spaces for transformation, where truth is met in the raw, and awakening moves beyond concept into lived reality.
Rather than transcending life, she calls us to root in it, maturing into authentic expressions of love, serving the whole with wisdom and heart.

Lisa Witter ~ Awakening through Kashmir Shaivism (In-Person Event)
Kashmir Shaivism points to a deep engagement with life, finding the sacred in the simple. Rooted in non-dual Tantric tradition, this is a journey of awakening through sensory exploration. Discover a non-dual approach to savoring each moment, finding joy and divinity in even the most mundane experiences. This tradition teaches the full experiencing our sensory perceptions, emotions, and thoughts, without rejecting them as illusion or distractions. The true nature of reality and ourselves are recognized as one and the same.
Lisa will lead us in an "embodied" form of non-dualism, using the senses as the doorway toward recognition of our true nature. She is a non-dual Tantric meditation teacher, and specializes in helping practitioners integrate their spiritual practice and awakening experiences into daily life.

Louise Kay ~ Embodied Awareness
If you bring your attention fully present into the now and inquire with a genuine, open curiosity into the truth of this moment, what is discovered is that underlying all experiences lies an invisible, potent presence. This presence is often referred to as stillness, being, consciousness or awareness and is the eternal, formless essence of who you are. All else appears in and is perceived by this awareness
The recognition of this truth through direct experiential knowing is a divine blessing and is followed by a sacred process of integration, which takes place on the level of body and mind. .....

John Prendergast ~ Letting Go ~ Bay Area Daylong Retreat
While the essence of the awakening process is a letting go, it cannot be willed. Rather, it arises from a spontaneous upwelling of our deepest desire to be completely emptied out, opened, and freed from any internal resistance to abiding in and as our true nature as loving awareness. Through guided and silent meditation, dyadic inquiry, a talk and experiential conversations, we will explore attuning with this deepest of desires and recognizing and welcoming the inevitable resistance that arises.
John Prendergast is a spiritual teacher, retired psychotherapist, and retired Adjunct Professor of Psychology at CIIS, well known for his pioneering work in integrating non-dual wisdom and psychotherapy. He studied with the European sage Jean Klein for many years, as well as with Adyashanti, who gave him dharma transmission in 2023.

Ellen Emmet ~ Venturing Into the Unlit Corners of the Now
There are times in each of our lives when a bitter wind blows our spiritual torch out. It may be called depression, grief, trauma, illness, the end of a relationship, a sense that we are no longer in alignment with our deepest self.
Here we are, standing at the threshold of our being, knowing that nothing we have used to light the way forward will work.
During this gathering we will venture together, away from the certitudes held by the mind and into the dark wilderness of the body. We will listen inwardly to our felt experience. Perhaps we will face and taste the unconscious layers of defense that portent to protect us yet keep us in a cell of false security..... LEARN MORE HERE

Perhaps we will touch the vulnerability and strength of Life as she cycles and connects us to the great garland of creation.
Ellen’s deepest intuition was confirmed when she met her teacher in the non-dual tradition, Francis Lucille. Hearing his words, she recognized the eternal, limitless and universal nature of our shared reality.
Ellen will draw on her experience of Kashmir nondual yoga, the Jungian ideas especially as expressed by Marion Woodman, Authentic Movement, and whatever else may arise from the field of our gathering.
