Jeannie Zandi ~ Unbound: Beyond Victimization
Join Jeannie to explore how unconscious habits of identification, personalizing, and victim stance keep us chained to suffering. By slowing down to meet our raw sensations rather than spinning them into stories, we reclaim responsibility for our inner life and discover the gold hidden beneath our discomfort. This is a path of mercy, freedom, and communion with what is—an invitation to step out of curse and blame into blessing and presence.
Jeannie Zandi is a nondual spiritual teacher and guide for embodied awakening, inviting students to fully inhabit their human lives with presence, clarity, and love. Known for her fierce tenderness, irreverent wisdom, and unwavering presence, she creates powerful spaces for transformation, where truth is met in the raw, and awakening moves beyond concept into lived reality.

Trauma healing and nondual awakening come together in the present moment, the eternal now. The ability to be present here and now is essential for awakening to our deeper Nature and embodying that in our lives. It is also necessary for healing the effects of traumatic stress. However, trauma profoundly disrupts this ability, as the body-mind can remain stuck in a state of perpetual vigilance, making it difficult to fully inhabit the present moment. Therefore, spiritually bypassing our trauma greatly limits our awakening and embodiment process. .......

The ability to be present here and now is essential for awakening to our deeper Nature and embodying that in our lives. It is also necessary for healing the effects of traumatic stress. However, trauma profoundly disrupts this ability, making it difficult to fully inhabit the present moment.
When it comes to trauma, skillful means are needed to regulate the nervous system and expand our window of tolerance, so we are more able to both rest in Being and be present with our human wounding. Trauma healing is primarily a somatic process and is an opportunity for experiencing embodied Presence.
Lynn Marie Lumiere is a seasoned psychotherapist, Somatic Experiencing Practitioner, spiritual mentor, and author. She offers a rare blend of embodied spiritual wisdom with a skilled therapeutic approach that facilitates healing of psychological trauma/wounding and the embodiment of awakening.
