Stephen D'Amico spent much of his early life connected to the enlightened state of being, and attained full self-realization at age 22. For nearly three decades, he has been teaching and guiding others on the path. Based in Toronto, he runs an urban ashram where he hosts Satsang and offers spiritual direction.

John Astin is the author of five books exploring the nature of reality, and also a singer, songwriter and recording artist who has produced seven CDs of original spiritual-contemplative music.
