The old Celtic, Sanskrit and original peoples' bards sang in praise and gratitude, lifting their hearts and their listeners' to the original natural beingness we call Grace. Of course, the heart is always rhythmically saying thank you for Life, to Life, as Life. All sound sings to Silence, as invocation and celebration. All movement dances for the unmoving. Light honors the Darkness that holds it. And Duality is the two hands of that which holds everything, Oneness. Gratitude as original Grace, is in every cell in all of creation as a hum or vibratory rate, maybe unheard but when it wells up, everything opens and is refreshed.
Not to deny protests and aversions and complaining which when met can also return us to our naturalness as they are the opposite of and thus at one with gratitude.
