In the midst of an overloaded mind and constant striving, it’s easy to lose touch with the quiet wisdom of the heart.
“Yes to Life” offers a sacred space to pause — to rest, reflect, and rediscover the peace that’s already within you. Guided by Lisa’s compassionate presence, you’ll gently release the need to be more or do more—and begin to see beyond the fears and self-doubt that cloud the mind, awakening to the truth of who we really are.
This retreat is an opening — a return to love, stillness, and the simple joy of saying yes to life as it is.
We will begin each meeting with silence, followed by sharing our realizations and questions. There may be exercises in pairs that will help give you deeper insight for your awakening. Each meeting is approx. 90 mins.
About Lisa Schumacher
For 30 years, Lisa has been a devoted student of her teacher Gangaji—who, in 2005, invited her to begin sharing Satsang. Lisa now stands as a devoted teacher in the respected lineage of Ramana Maharshi, Papaji, and Gangaji—honoring a tradition rooted in direct self-inquiry, stillness, and the intimate discovery of truth of who you are.
With many years of guiding others, Lisa offers a rare and grounded presence, inviting everyone she meets directly into their own loving heart. Being with her in Satsang feels like coming home, you are welcome just as you are into the quiet recognition of what is already whole and free.
What is Satsang
Satsang is a sacred meeting in truth—an opening into honest self-inquiry in safe space honoring your own intention to inquire into your true nature. Guided by Lisa’s warm, unwavering presence, you are invited to gently turn inward and discover what is already whole, free, and at peace within yourself.
Through this simple yet profound inquiry, old patterns, ideas, and self-image can begin to fall away. What remains is the natural love and stillness of your being.
What many people discover is that this inner stillness begins to bring more clarity, calm and compassion into everyday life—at work, in relationships, and especially within yourself.
