Weaving Coherence is a 4-week experiential series designed to bring the depth of embodied presence into the living, breathing field of relationship.

~ What happens when we’re truly present to ourselves and each other?
~ What happens when we open to what’s here within us and between us?
~ What happens when we express what’s true and alive for us in the moment?

The result is a living, relational field where healing and awakening meet — a space to explore the nature of connection with ourselves, with each other, and with the subtle intelligence that emerges when we slow down together.

Through this practice, many people experience:

  • A deeper sense of meaning and belonging
  • The healing impact of being deeply seen and received by others
  • Increased capacity to stay present in relational complexity or discomfort
  • More embodied depth and heart-centered transparency in their relating

Meeting Patterns with Presence

The longing for connection is universal, yet for many of us, the actual experience of “being with” another can feel fraught with old patterns of protection.

While our focus is on presence, embodiment, and connection, we honor the reality of our human nervous systems. We recognize that patterns of protection may arise as we practice transparency, authenticity, and vulnerability.

Weaving Coherence is designed to help you track and meet these patterns in real time — not to fix or transcend them, but to bring them back into relationship. We don’t view these patterns as “problems” to be fixed, but as parts of our experience to be met with the same presence we bring to our solo practice.

Why Relationship Matters

This series is for those who sense that healing and awakening don’t only happen in isolation, but also in relationship — when we slow down enough to feel, to listen, and to let ourselves be met.

Through this, a profound sense of community and support naturally arises, allowing old relational patterns to soften and new ways of being to emerge.

Is This a Good Fit for You?

This is a deeply trauma-informed space. Everyone brings a history into relationship, and sometimes what arises is tenderness or activation. This is a space where we slow down enough to include those moments — orienting to the body and resourcing presence, ensuring the container remains safe, supportive, and responsive.

That being said, this work is highly experiential, inviting interpersonal vulnerability and present-moment truth, which may evoke challenging material. Therefore, this series is best suited for those who have the inner resources to meet whatever may arise.

The Four Pillars of the Journey
Session 1: The Root of Presence — Being with Self

  • We begin by slowing down and turning toward our lived experience.
  • We track connection and disconnection from self, noticing how disconnection often drives dysregulation.
  • Through gentle inquiry, we tune into the many layers of our being — sensations, emotions, impulses, thoughts, and energy — learning to notice where presence is available and where it fades, and beginning to practice simple ways of sharing what we notice without intellectualization or story.

Session 2:  The Bridge of Attunement — Being with Other

  • We expand our awareness to include the “Other.”
  • We practice connecting to another without losing connection to ourselves.
  • We practice attunement, listening with the whole body, and receiving the “whole being” of another.
  • We practice sensing and imagining the inner world of another and gently checking our perceptions rather than assuming them to be true.

Session 3: The Shared Field — Presencing the Space Between Us

  • Attention expands again to include the relational field itself.
  • How do we stay connected to ourselves and each other while also sensing the wider collective energy? How does it feel to be held by this larger field?
  • We explore how to sense and name what’s alive between us, while remaining anchored in self and other. This is where collective coherence can begin to emerge, and where the intelligence of the relational field becomes palpable.

Session 4: Living Coherence — Weaving it All Together

In our final session, we practice moving fluidly between Self, Other, and The Field, allowing presence to become more embodied, relational, and responsive, and trusting the organic intelligence that emerges when presence is sustained.

The Support Container
Weekly Gatherings: 2.5 hours of deep, relational work for 4 weeks.

Community Space: Access to a private messaging group for connection, reflection, and support between sessions.

Practice Pods: Optional dyads or triads between sessions to deepen your embodiment of relational presence through peer practice.

Integration Support: For those who feel they would benefit from additional support, Georgia is offering a bundle of three 1:1 sessions for $388 (a discount from her $150/hr rate). This is a beautiful way to personalize the work and receive focused, individualized support.

Attendance: Due to the highly experiential and relational nature of this work, it’s strongly recommended that you attend at least three of the four sessions live. While all sessions will be recorded, some practices will take place in breakout groups, and these portions will not be recorded.

Cameras On: This is a relational space and having cameras on is an important part of the container. Being able to see one another helps us feel each other’s presence and cultivate the safety and coherence that this work depends on.

Your Agency: While we encourage full visibility, your autonomy is paramount. You will always have choice in how you participate — how much you share, how you engage, and what feels right for you moment to moment.

About Georgia
Georgia Simone is a wisdom keeper, trauma guide, and facilitator who works with individuals and groups. She specializes in supporting people to heal relational and developmental trauma so they can ground their awakening in embodied connection, authentic expression, and relational presence.

Drawing from a rich background in Eastern spiritual traditions and somatically oriented healing approaches, her work lives where psyche meets soul. She’s passionate about creating relational spaces where healing and awakening unfold organically through attuned presence, embodied awareness, and the intelligence of the group field — where what’s alive within us and between us can be met directly, allowing old protective patterns to soften and new ways of being to emerge.
