For over 25 years, Saeed has studied and practiced across the world’s wisdom traditions, Buddhism, Hinduism, Vedanta, Tantra, Taoism, Mystical Christianity, Sufism, and native shamanic lineages. This journey led him to Tiruvannamalai, India, where he entered a sustained state of thought-free awareness for an entire year, a depth of realization few teachers can claim to have lived, not just studied. It is from this same stabilized place that he teaches today.
His approach challenges a common assumption: that spiritual growth is subjective, hard to measure, and separate from everyday life and responsibilities. Instead, he offers a path that can be felt, observed, and lived.
At the center of his teaching is Shivapat, an ancient yogic practice of energetic transmission. A single session, some say, can compress years of growth that would otherwise come only from sustained time in an awakened teacher’s presence. What sets this apart from most contemplative offerings is what happens around it: growth isn’t simply assumed to be happening because someone had a powerful experience, it is observed and tracked over time.
Saeed uses a framework to assess different dimensions of a person’s development, including emotional regulation, psychological patterns, physical vitality, energetic capacity, and what are described as higher states of consciousness. These assessments help a person understand where they stand in their development and how that changes over time, rather than leaving spiritual growth as something that can only be described in vague, subjective terms.
Saeed’s approach also recognizes that spiritual development isn’t identical for everyone. While common principles and dimensions can be explored, each person’s starting point, conditioning, temperament, and experience are different. The deeper purpose of this work is not simply to reach particular states of consciousness. It is to explore what happens when greater awareness becomes woven into ordinary human life, and what it truly means to recognize and live from our essential nature.
