A four-session journey over two weeks, moving from the first taste of recognition to living from awake awareness in daily life. Each session builds on the last, tracing a direct path from initial recognition to expressed realization.

Session 1: Pointing Out Instructions The foundational transmission — an introduction to the nature of mind, given from teacher to student which is the direct pointing out of awareness itself.

Session 2: Transmission of the Six Gates Building on the initial pointing, we explore the six sense gates as doorways and expressions of awakening — learning to recognize sight, sound, smell, taste, touch, and thought as dimensions of awakened awareness rather than obstacles to it.

Session 3: Mindfulness of the Body Awakening moves off the cushion. This session explores how to integrate recognition into movement and daily activity, carrying the pointing into a living and unfolding practice.

Session 4: Full Release The culmination of the series is aimed at the understand that awakening was never interrupted or obscured to begin with. Sitting, walking, and speaking reveal themselves as different modes of enlightenment.

Who it’s for: Practitioners ready to move from first glimpse to sustained recognition — from “first sit” to a genuine shift in how life is lived.
