Heal your human nature through embodying your true Nature.
We all carry wounds from living as though we are separate from the Presence of your true Nature. This has caused hurt, insecurity, trauma and imbalances in our mental and physical health in varying degrees for everyone. This retreat will explore how we can heal our human wounding on all levels, and become the magnificent, unique, expression of embodied Presence that we each are, free of the identities formed from our wounding.
Our nondual Nature includes not only the essence of who we are, a loving Presence, but also all manifestations of our wounding and trauma in our body-mind-world. When all of who we are is met in/as our essential Nature, we are undivided, empowered and healed. We become embodied Presence.
This retreat offers you an opportunity to:
— Deepen your awakening to the Presence of your true Nature
— Build more regulation and capacity in your nervous system
— Learn how to be skillfully present with challenging experience so it can be allowed and released
Lynn Marie will offer guided meditation, inspired dialogue, somatic practices, and individual therapeutic work, as needed. Also, an opportunity for participants to do deep inquiry with each other in breakout rooms, time permitting.
Lynn Marie Lumiere is a nondual and holistic psychotherapist, Somatic Experiencing Practitioner, spiritual mentor and author. She offers a rare blend of embodied spiritual wisdom with a skilled therapeutic approach that facilitates both the healing of psychological trauma/wounding and the embodiment of awakening.
