If you live in an area which ends daylight saving time on October 26 (such as most of Europe), the last two sessions following that date will start an hour earlier for you (for example at 6 pm rather than 7 pm for Central European Time zone).

If we offer everything to Love then the body does not have to carry anything, especially the past. What is uncomfortable is the accumulated weight of the past. As Stillness said recently within — “The birds do not keep their old feathers, nor do snakes carry their shed skin in their mouth!”
We have full permission from Stillness to be free of our own and humanity’s shared history and cultural beliefs. It is okay to be free of the past! It has passed!
What if Love knows best! The unwinding ribbons of constraint respond beautifully when they notice there is no time required for freedom. And no need to maintain enough conditioning to fit in.
