In this six week course, through talks, meditation, inquiries, sensing, and experiential conversations, we will explore the role of the subtle body in the process of self-recognition or awakening.

While the knowing of our true nature as open, lucid, loving awareness can emerge spontaneously unmediated by any sensation, feeling or thought, often our body responds on a subtle level by opening up, lining up, and lighting up. Since the body is a dynamic expression of our fundamental nature, it also opens as our true nature flowers. The more we are attuned with our body, the more easily we can sense this......
