Our whole world opens up when we learn to live from the heart and turn towards the heart in difficult times. Join Chesaray for a two hour dedicated exploration of the mysteries of the heart. There will be meditation, exchanges, and engagement in dynamic practice. Our heart is designed to be our anchor and guide in life.
Chesaray is the Spiritual Director of Loving Ground 501 c3 non-profit. She offers retreats and courses based on a wide range of psychological, spiritual, holistic healing modalities that support human evolution.
