Gail Brenner, Ph.D. ~ Coming Home Together: The Sacred Work of Trauma and Awakening

Sunday, December 6, 2020 @ 9:00am - 11:00am (Pacific Time)

You are most welcome to join...just as you are...as we create a safe and supportive space together to explore the deeper work that unfolds on the path of awakening.

Come with your fears, doubts, shame, and questions—and simply to share sacred space together in community with like-minded friends. Our time together will include guided meditation, clarifying teachings, practical tools, and heartfelt conversation.

A seed starts growing in us when we realize how much our conditioned patterns mask our happiness. Many of these patterns have plagued us for years. We hear about freedom as a possibility, but we just don’t know how to find our way there. We feel stuck in the painful sense of separation…from ourselves and the sacredness of all of Life.

Finally, we realize that we can't go it alone. Our disconnection from our divine nature happened in the context of relationship so we need to practice together—in a supportive and loving community—to find our way home.

Together, we lovingly embrace our humanness as we expand into overflowing appreciation, vibrant joy, and deep connection with all of Life.

Gail Brenner, Ph.D. is your guide on this journey. She is a clinical psychologist and lover of truth with a fire that burns brightly. She brings to this work years of experience with individuals and groups and is known for creating the sense of safety and trust needed for this deeper exploration.

“I appreciated Gail’s ability to guide us in areas that are difficult to even put words to, as well as her ability to transmit such presence and lovingkindness. Somehow she was able to guide me around the resistance(s) to a more loving acceptance of what is. Gail is able to transform through her presence and I think anyone open to healing would benefit.”

Ajaya Sommers ~ Taking Refuge in Your True Heart

Sunday, December 6, 2020 @ 11:30am-1:30pm (Pacific Time)

Embodied Intimacy Practices for awakening new Dimensions of
Aliveness, Resilience and Equanimity

You are invited to the journey of unveiling and Taking Refuge in Your True Heart.  Amidst the safety and openness of a group field where the "ordinary is the sanctified, the human is celebrated and the compassionate is expected". We will co-create the shared reality our hearts know is possible.

Our cultural context is one in which we can fall prey to giving our power away to external authority, survival imperatives, our shame, traumas, history and unmet needs. Robbing us of our vitality and agency to create our hearts desire, personally- let alone globally.

When we relax into the intimate embrace of our deep hearts capacity to allow all that it is to be human, including the aforementioned, we can re-discover our original innocence and potency of aliveness, giving birth to the luscious and lucid   clarity of reality in which we inhabit.
What will we do in this session?
* Through precise breath practices that include provocative sounds, touch, embryological movement motifs and concentration; we will grow the potency of our life force to vivify our subtle core and empower higher brain states, heart coherence, and the magic of relational intimacy that comes from this of ground of permission and play.

The ancient mystery school yoga’s of Egypt, Greece, India, and Tibet knew about working with the core energy centers as the way to advance and evolve consciousness. Now we have the modern day neuro-science to measure the impact of these subtle yoga’s on healing and restoring ones vitality, regulating ones emotions and creating an inspired environment to reignite ones path of service and precious connection to all of life.
