Coming Home to Yourself
Freedom and Fulfillment in This Human Life

An Experiential, In-Person Day with Lisa Schumacher & Ajaya Sommers

What if the fulfillment you long for is not something you need to find or become, but something you can discover in the depths of your own being, within this very body and this very life?

Together, Lisa Schumacher and Ajaya Sommers invite you into an exploration of what becomes possible when awareness meets your lived experience with openness, attunement, and care. Through Lisa’s skill and guidance in direct inquiry and safe sacred space, and Ajaya’s facilitation of Continuum—a somatic practice of breath, sound, movement, and touch—we will explore together how the recognition of your true nature can permeate your embodied experience.

As you bring a quality of presence to the places where familiar patterns of protection and limitation live in our bodies, hearts, and relationships, something new can become possible. Without needing to fix, overcome, or transcend, you can discover how these patterns may begin to soften and release through the simple yet profound experience of being fully met.

Together, we will explore what it means to come home to ourselves—and to live with greater freedom, intimacy, and fulfillment in this very human life.

About Ajaya Sommers
Ajaya Sommers, RCST, is the founder of Core Embodiment®, a somatic practitioner, teacher, and speaker with over 30 years of experience guiding people into genuine transformation.

Her work lives at the intersection of somatic intelligence, embodied awakening, relational intimacy, and non-dual inquiry, helping people reclaim presence, coherence, and deeper connection to themselves, others and Life itself. She is a certified Biodynamic Craniosacral Integration Teacher, NARM practitioner, and Authorized Continuum Teacher, and has presented at the SAND Conference, Esalen Institute, the Institute of Noetic Sciences (IONS), and the Purpose Summit.

What Is Continuum?
Continuum is an embodied inquiry into the fluid, ever-changing nature of being alive. Through breath, sound, sensation, and non-habitual movement, we listen more deeply to the living intelligence of the body. Rather than directing the body toward a particular shape or outcome, we learn to befriend our experience as it unfolds, meeting ourselves with curiosity, kindness, and care.

As we bring loving attention to what is present, we cultivate the inner conditions for nervous system regulation, deeper self-attunement, and a more compassionate relationship with ourselves. Habitual patterns of protection and reactivity can begin to soften, opening new possibilities for how we experience ourselves, relate to others, and participate in life Itself.

Continuum invites us into a more intimate relationship with the body and the intelligence of nature moving through us. It offers a way for spiritual awakening to become seamlessly embodied—not simply as an insight, but as a living reality that permeates how we feel, relate, and meet the mystery of being human.

About Lisa Schumacher
For over 30 years, Lisa has been a devoted student of her teacher Gangaji who, in 2005, invited her to meet with others and share what she has realized. Lisa now stands as a devoted teacher and author in the respected lineage of Ramana Maharshi, Papaji, and Gangaji—honoring a tradition rooted in direct self-inquiry, stillness, and the intimate discovery of truth of who you are.

With many years of guiding others, Lisa offers a rare and grounded presence, inviting everyone she meets directly into their own loving heart. Being with her is to be welcomed just as you are into the quiet recognition of what is already whole and free in the natural core of your being.

What is Satsang
Satsang is a sacred meeting in truth—an opening into honest self-inquiry in safe space honoring your own intention to realize your true nature. Guided by Lisa’s warm, unwavering presence, you are invited to gently turn inward and discover what is already whole, free, and at peace right where you are. In simple yet profound self – inquiry, old patterns, ideas, and self-image can fall away naturally. What remains is the love and stillness of your being.

What many people discover is that this inner stillness begins to bring more clarity, calm and compassion into everyday life; at work, in relationships, and especially within yourself.
