Sarah Taylor ~ The Heart of Awakening (In-Person)

Berkeley, CA United States

The heart holds a doorway that can help us to embody truth, know the deeper intimacy of non-separation, and open into a clarity that is felt as much as it is seen.
What the traditions call divine love is not merely a feeling that arises in awakening. It is the welcoming aliveness of our very nature.
In this gathering, Sarah Taylor explores the heart as fulcrum: the place where insight can be found, deepened, and lived. Where loving awareness, brought openly to what is here, completes something that clear seeing alone leaves unfinished.
Through meditation, inquiry, and transmission, we will rest together in the field of this living, loving presence, where the heart is revealed as one of its most direct portals.
About Sarah:
Sarah is an awakening trail guide, intuitive energy healer, and mystic whose work explores awakening, embodiment, and the fullness of being. Rooted in Buddhist practice and her own direct experience of awakening, she offers grounded and compassionate support for realization, integration, and authentic living. As a former stand-up comedian, Sarah brings warmth, relatability, and a touch of irreverence to the spiritual path. Through meditation, dialogue, intuitive guidance, and energetic transmission, she helps people soften conditioning and deepen into greater coherence and aliveness, with a particular attunement to fellow neurodivergent and highly sensitive people.
