Cancellation Policy
For In-person attendance

COVID
Please do not attend if you have symptoms of a viral infection, or have had a recent
Covid exposure or positive test.
You can notify us before event (more in advance if possible) for a full refund, if you cannot attend for these reasons.

For all other cancellations….
Prior to one month before event, we will refund minus a cancellation fee of $5.
Prior to one week before event, we will refund minus a cancellation fee of 50%.
Refunds are not available for cancellation within one week of the event

Rather than cancel, please feel free to sell or give your ticket to a friend.
Please be sure the person checks in with the original registration name. We do not change the name on the registration.

All current local and State of California guidelines will be followed.
At this time, there are no Covid restrictions in place, and masking is optional.
