Lynn Marie Lumiere, MFT, SEP ~ Integrating Nonduality and Somatic Trauma Healing
I believe that no one on this planet has escaped experiencing some trauma in varying degrees. We often think of trauma as only related to big events such as war or serious abuse. However, it has to do with any stress outside the range of our nervous system’s window of tolerance. This has more of an impact if experienced in childhood and can involve even minor accidents or something that did or did not happen in relationship to our caregivers that caused harm. This can occur even with the most well-intentioned parents.......

We often think of trauma as only related to big events such as war or serious abuse. However, it has to do with any stress outside the range of our nervous system’s window of tolerance. This has more of an impact if experienced in childhood. Trauma has been defined as “the inability to be present with what is.” This ability is most often required to awaken to our deeper nature and embody that in our lives.
True trauma healing happens somatically, in the body, and has the potential of leading to the direct experience of embodied Presence.
Lynn Marie is a seasoned psychotherapist, Somatic Experiencing Practitioner, spiritual mentor, and author. She offers a rare blend of embodied spiritual wisdom with a skilled therapeutic approach that facilitates healing of psychological trauma/wounding and the embodiment of awakening.

Louise Kay ~ Embodied Awareness
If you bring your attention fully present into the now and inquire with a genuine, open curiosity into the truth of this moment, what is discovered is that underlying all experiences lies an invisible, potent presence. This presence is often referred to as stillness, being, consciousness or awareness and is the eternal, formless essence of who you are. All else appears in and is perceived by this awareness
The recognition of this truth through direct experiential knowing is a divine blessing and is followed by a sacred process of integration, which takes place on the level of body and mind. .....

Ellen Emmet ~ Venturing Into the Unlit Corners of the Now
There are times in each of our lives when a bitter wind blows our spiritual torch out. It may be called depression, grief, trauma, illness, the end of a relationship, a sense that we are no longer in alignment with our deepest self.
Here we are, standing at the threshold of our being, knowing that nothing we have used to light the way forward will work.
During this gathering we will venture together, away from the certitudes held by the mind and into the dark wilderness of the body. We will listen inwardly to our felt experience. Perhaps we will face and taste the unconscious layers of defense that portent to protect us yet keep us in a cell of false security..... LEARN MORE HERE

Here we are, standing at the threshold of our being, knowing that nothing we have used to light the way forward will work.
During this gathering we will venture together, away from the certitudes held by the mind and into the dark wilderness of the body. We will listen inwardly to our felt experience. Perhaps we will touch the vulnerability and strength of Life as she cycles and connects us to the great garland of creation.
Ellen’s deepest intuition was confirmed when she met her teacher in the non-dual tradition, Francis Lucille. Hearing his words, she recognized the eternal, limitless and universal nature of our shared reality.
Ellen will draw on her experience of Kashmir nondual yoga, the Jungian ideas especially as expressed by Marion Woodman, Authentic Movement, and whatever else may arise from the field of our gathering.

Lynn Marie Lumiere, MFT, SEP ~ NONDUAL TRAUMA HEALING ~ A Deep Dive Retreat into Embodied Presence
We have all been touched to by trauma to some degree. Trauma can be defined as any experience that takes us out of our window of tolerance and leaves us with high levels of stress in our nervous system. It has also been defined as the inability to be present in the here and now because we get stuck in the past, or in overwhelm. Therefore, healing trauma is an integral part of our nondual awakening and embodiment process.
Our nondual nature includes not only the essence of who we are, a loving presence, but also all manifestations of our wounding and trauma in our body-mind. When all of who we are is met in/as our essential nature, there is no more division and we are whole, empowered and healed. We become embodied presence.........

Oct. 20, 23, 27 & 30, 2025
If we offer everything to Love then the body does not have to carry anything, especially the past. What is uncomfortable is the accumulated weight of the past. As Stillness said recently within — "The birds do not keep their old feathers, nor do snakes carry their shed skin in their mouth!"
We have full permission from Stillness to be free of our own and humanity's shared history and cultural beliefs. It is okay to be free of the past! It has passed!...... LEARN MORE HERE

What if Love knows best! The unwinding ribbons of constraint respond beautifully when they notice there is no time required for freedom. And no need to maintain enough conditioning to fit in.
Please join your fellow sages to explore Inner Satsang, blessing all within that felt it was hiding us to keep us safe!
Pamela Wilson evokes through dialogue, inquiry and her very presence the qualities of unconditional love and radical acceptance. She is celebrated for her ability to open the heart and create a space in which long-cherished struggles and notions about one’s identity relax.

What occurs between the feeling of “I can’t forgive,” and realizing “there is no one TO forgive?” In this exploration, we will exclude any “shoulds,” and focus on what is real, what is true, and what is here beneath our judgments, anger, hurts, and fears. Are we curious and courageous enough to look deeply? What happens when we find ourselves in a bigger energy field than the wounds and identities we seem to carry? What happens when our own pain is met with loving compassion? Perhaps compassion may arise for those whose own suffering created the conditions for being cruel, unkind, or unloving....

Are we curious and courageous enough to look deeply? What happens when we find ourselves in a bigger energy field than the wounds and identities we seem to carry?
When something truly awakens to who/what we are, we may realize we have been living in a dream of separation that really isn’t true. If all of life is an expression of the “One without a second,” who is there to forgive? And yet, the Love we most deeply ARE, may one day move to forgive both the dreamer and the dream.
Dorothy Hunt serves as Spiritual Director of Moon Mountain Sangha, teaching at the request and in the spiritual lineage of Adyashanti. Her teaching blends Advaita and Zen with a deep welcoming of the human expressions of the Mystery. In addition, she is a contributing author to two books on Nondual Wisdom and Psychotherapy, and the editor of Love: A Fruit Always in Season.

Lynn Marie Lumiere, MFT, SEP ~ Integrating Nonduality and Somatic Trauma Healing
Trauma healing and nondual awakening come together in the present moment, the eternal now. The ability to be present here and now is essential for awakening to our deeper Nature and embodying that in our lives. It is also necessary for healing the effects of traumatic stress. However, trauma profoundly disrupts this ability, as the body-mind can remain stuck in a state of perpetual vigilance, making it difficult to fully inhabit the present moment. Therefore, spiritually bypassing our trauma greatly limits our awakening and embodiment process. .......

However, trauma profoundly disrupts this ability, making it difficult to fully inhabit the present moment.
When it comes to trauma, skillful means are needed to regulate the nervous system and expand our window of tolerance, so we are more able to both rest in Being and be present with our human wounding. Trauma healing is primarily a somatic process and is an opportunity for experiencing embodied Presence.
Lynn Marie Lumiere is a seasoned psychotherapist, Somatic Experiencing Practitioner, spiritual mentor, and author. She offers a rare blend of embodied spiritual wisdom with a skilled therapeutic approach that facilitates healing of psychological trauma/wounding and the embodiment of awakening.

Susanne Marie ~ Turning Toward Wholeness
At any given moment, we can tune into one of two streams. One arises from the natural wholeness of our being, open, still, and complete. The other is formed by the mind’s projections onto Reality, creating a sense of separation and confusion. This mental stream veils what is already whole and true.
In this meeting, we will explore how to rest in the stream of wholeness, learning to recognize and gently turn our attention away from the mind’s content. Through shared inquiry and practice, we’ll deepen our capacity to abide in what is real, whole, and ever-present.....

A meeting with Lisa is an encounter in openness and silence, where you are invited just as you are and where you will find clear and loving support for your awakening.
You are invited into a community space that values the transmission of peace and love that is present here. In your search for freedom, you can rest in stopping. You can find stillness in Satsang.

A meeting with Lisa is an opportunity to step away from your day-to-day life and devote time for self-inquiry into the heart of Love. In your search for freedom, you can rest in stopping. You can find stillness in Satsang. All of your spiritual questions and reports are welcome as we discover together how to meet the intensity of the world with an open and loving heart.
Upon hearing Gangaji in the early 90s say “Be your Natural Self”, Lisa’s heart caught on fire and she fell into a deep bow of surrender. That meeting revealed to her the absolute simplicity of the natural, living truth of Love, inseparable from who one is. In 2006, Lisa was asked by Gangaji to meet with people and share her discovery of the Love that is alive in the core of one’s being. During our meeting together, Lisa will support you with deep stillness and skillful self-inquiry to open to your true nature, leaving behind the illusion of a separate self.

Ryan Burton ~ “I Want to Get Back There” – The Most Common Post-Awakening Trap
A practitioner will have many openings and experiences over the course of their spiritual or contemplative endeavor. There is a common and important stage in awakening I call the 'foreground-background split' which occurs after someone has had an opening whether induced or spontaneous.
It can leave us with intense wanting and the question of “how can I get back there?” The challenge of the meditator in this stage is to not mistake the bliss, clarity and unity which characterized the opening as being the awakening itself. Abandoning what was previously attained is an act of surrender that helps us see the true nature of the present.....

Truly Natural Compassionate Engagement ~ An Engaged Nonduality Event with Rick Hanson, John Prendergast and Lisa Ferguson
Truly Natural Compassionate Engagement
An Engaged Nonduality Event with Rick Hanson,
hosted by John Prendergast and Lisa Ferguson
With guest Rick Hanson, we’ll explore recognizing our true nature not just as awareness, but as compassionate humans who are deeply collaborative and cooperative. Founder of the Global Compassion Coalition, Rick will guide us in carrying our wounds with love and exploring collective action in response to suffering.
Just as nondual teachings point to our already awake nature, we don’t have to make an effort to be compassionate, but can unleash our natural compassionate engagement. Just as nondual practice is surrendering to our true nature, we can also surrender to our innate goodness: our impulse to connect with others and engage in an effective response to suffering.
Founder of the Global Compassion Coalition, renowned author on contemplative practices and neuroscience, Rick brings a depth of spiritual understanding and wealth of insight about using the power of compassion to accelerate effective collective action while also maintaining our resilience. We’ll explore how we can come together and open to our creative, empowered response to our troubled world.......

Susanne Marie ~ The Paradox of Being and Becoming
“Always being, always becoming” speaks to something quietly and profoundly true. Within us is an aspect that has never changed, already whole, complete, and present, even as life continues to unfold, evolve, and express itself. Awakening does not bring our human unfolding to an end. Rather, it reveals becoming as a natural expression of being. Without being, human becoming can lose its balance and become caught in endless striving, risking getting lost in experience. Without becoming, being has no place to land, no ground through which it can learn and grow.
Susanne Marie offers integrated teachings in support of freedom, and the celebration of our common essence of love and unity with all life. As a natural empath, her teaching style is heart-centered and practical, whose focus is on supporting you in your unique awakening journey.

Engaged Nonduality: Awake Awareness, Wise Action ~ with Itzel Hayward, hosted by Lisa Ferguson
Awake Awareness, Wise Action
A Nondual Approach to Anti-Racism
Part of the Engaged Nonduality Series
with Itzel Hayward, hosted by Lisa Ferguson
Engaged Nonduality recognizes that awareness and response are not separate. The same ground of being that reveals our shared nature also moves as a compassionate, embodied response. In this view, the crises of our time—including racism and systemic injustice—are not distractions from awakening but invitations to live it.
In this session, Itzel Hayward invites participants to explore how awake awareness can support a steady, honest engagement with racism and systemic harm. When we turn toward these realities with awareness, we begin to recognize our participation in them and our capacity to respond differently. This is the meeting point between contemplative practice and social change......

Mondays: 8:00am – 8:30am Pacific Time
Wednesdays : 9:00am – 9:30am Pacific Time
Ongoing every week, with rare exceptions. Check Full Calendar to verify dates.
Join for a group meditation – just us, without a teacher. Do your own practice silently in the company of others. There will be no talk or guidance – only a bell to start and finish. Let’s be present, together.
After half an hour of silent sitting, there will be space for a brief hello in the end, if we like.
Please be seated by the time meditation starts, so that we can begin together. You are welcome to have your camera and microphone on (unless you have a lot of background noise), so that we can feel as if we were in one space.
The zoom link remains the same for all the sessions, so you are welcome to register only once and save the link for future reference.

And of course, primarily focusing on the needs of others and not including our Being's love of silence, space and retreat time. And most importantly, to gift our minds with a return to spacious balanced healthy functioning.......
