DESCRIPTION:How can we bring nondual wisdom to our challenging global situation? \nHow can we remain balanced in our increasingly stressful world?   \nWe are now subject to ever-increasing stress from the world we live in. The number of issues we are facing globally and the fast pace in which these issues are multiplying can overwhelm our current ability to stay balanced in our body-mind. This also impacts our ability to rest as our nature in the present moment. Additionally\, we each have all the stresses of our personal lives. \nReceive somatic support for staying regulated in your nervous system\, as well as spiritual inspiration and guidance for remaining awake in the midst of it all. This is an opportunity for you to bring your concerns about our world situation into a supportive and open environment. You are also welcome to bring the stresses in your personal life that are disturbing your sense of balance.  \nLynn Marie has decades of experience helping people with awakening and embodiment on all levels. She will offer her skills as a somatically trained and nondual psychotherapist to support you with somatic exercises\, guided meditation. as well as group discussion. DESCRIPTION:Spiritual seekers are quite concerned about “ego”.  It seems to be the “bad guy” in the spiritual search\, the thing that must “die” in order to be liberated.  But what is it?  Is it real? Is there really a solid little self sitting inside your skin\, thinking your thoughts\, feeling your feelings\, searching for truth\, striving to improve\, trying to “be present\,” judging the world\, and separate from the wholeness of being?  \nPlease join Dorothy Hunt for this exploration of our belief in an “ego\,” what we perceive to be a “self\,” and the deeper truth of what lies beyond our conditioned ideas. Awareness makes “ego” transparent when we are curious and devoted to the truth of who or what we are. \nThe ego is like one’s shadow thrown on the ground.\nIf one attempts to bury it\, it will be foolish.\n~ Ramana Maharshi \nDorothy Hunt serves as Spiritual Director of Moon Mountain Sangha\, teaching at the request and in the spiritual lineage of Adyashanti.
