DESCRIPTION:3-Day Holiday Retreat\nDec. 28\, 29 & 30\, 2020 – 4 hours each day:\n9:00-11:00 am and 12:00-2:00 pm Pacific Time\nTime Zone Converter\nEvent will be recorded and emailed to participants after each meeting.\nYou’re welcome to join even if you can’t attend all the live sessions. \nDuring these gift-giving holidays\, reflecting on the gift that each of us is to ourselves\, others\,\nand to the world is important. Allowing and honoring this very human expression of our divine\nessence is an important aspect of realizing our true nature.\nJoin us for a psycho-spiritual retreat balancing both a spiritual focus on our pure essence and a\npsycho-somatic exploration\, and releasing\, of what has been obstructing its fullest expression\nthrough our unique human form. We will be focusing on: \n\nDeepening our recognition of our true nature through guided meditations and satsang\nRecognizing\, contemplating\, and celebrating the unique gift that you are to our world\nSomatic practices to help you regulate the nervous system and build resilience\nPsychotherapeutic processes for resolving our blocks to our full expression\nSharing and dialogue in the group and in dyads.\nPractices that will be offered to do between meetings on retreat days.\n\nWe will also reflect on this past year\, 2020\, that was full of unprecedented changes\, and\nclarify our intentions for the New Year\, 2021. \nThe invitation is to set aside these three days to be on retreat and not schedule other activities\, if possible. Please attend the live session if you can so you can receive individual assistance if needed and ask questions. Also\, experiencing the support of the group is an important part of what is offered. However\, if that is not possible\, you are welcome to register and do the retreat by recording at your convenience. \nLynn Marie Lumiere\, MFT is a nondual psychotherapist\, Somatic Experiencing Practitioner and author.
