DESCRIPTION:3-Part Online Retreat\nApril 30\, May 1 & 2\, 2021\n3 hours each day\, 9:00 am – 12:00 noon\, Pacific Time\nTime Zone Converter\nEvent will be recorded and emailed to participants after each meeting.\nYou’re welcome to join even if you can’t attend all the live sessions. \nReflect for a moment… \nDo you feel overwhelmed by all stresses of life and end up forgetting to focus on what is already free and peaceful within? \nHow much does your wounding\, trauma or conditioning interfere with being free to be your full self? \nAre you ready to let go of the pain and self-negativity and stand in the truth of who you are?  \nIf so\, this retreat will offer you deep support for healing and awakening so you can rest more in the ocean of peace\, love and unity that resides in all of us. \nThis is a psycho-spiritual retreat that balances both awakening to our pure-love essence and psycho-somatic exploration of the pain\, trauma\, negative beliefs\, and so on\, that obstruct our ability to rest as our essence. \nLynn Marie will offer guided meditation\, somatic exercises to deepen resilience\, and therapeutic methods that facilitate releasing traumas and conditioned patterns. The retreat will also include sharing and dialogue in the group and in dyads. \nThe invitation is to let go of your daily routine as much as possible for 3 days and retreat from distractions so you can take a deeper dive into awakening and embodiment.
