It can be our greatest obstacle to health\, happiness\, healthy relationships\, success\, personal growth\, and awakening. In other words\, it affects every aspect of our life! \nWhat does it mean to love yourself? It is a common belief that we must eliminate all our perceived faults before we can love ourselves. \nWhat if you are totally okay\, now\, just as you are? What if unconditional self-acceptance is the key to self-love? But how does that happen? \nTo truly love ourselves\, we need to remember who we truly are—a vast being of pure love. Then it is possible\, along with therapeutic assistance and support\, to meet and resolve the negative programming\, trauma\, and relational wounding\, which creates a negative sense of self. As these falls away\, we embody more self-love. We wake up out of the false\, negative identity into our pure loving nature. \nThis weekend event will offer a deep immersion into this issue so that you can begin to understand and directly experience true self-love. We will touch into how lack of self-love manifests on all levels—physical\, emotional\, mental and spiritual. Lynn Marie brings extensive experience\, both personally and professionally\, with the journey from self-criticism to self-acceptance and love.
