And it is available to you\, right now!\nThis daylong will focus on empowering you to connect with the infinite powerhouse within so you can more deeply embody that through all your humanness on somatic\, emotional\, psychological\, and relational levels. This is what I call Empowered Embodiment. \nTapping into your own innate power will power you up to meet all of life’s challenges in your personal life as well as the many challenges we are facing in the world today. The daylong will be a place to discuss these challenges and how to meet them in a more empowered and embodied way. \nYou are encouraged to attend each session of this retreat live so you can benefit from group sharing and processing with Lynn Marie. However\, you are also welcome to attend at your convenience by listening to the recording. \nLynn Marie Lumiere is a seasoned psychotherapist\, Somatic Experiencing Practitioner\, spiritual mentor\, and author.
