Therapy for awakening is based in the Field of Awareness where all true healing and transformation takes place. This group offers: \n\nDeepening in the direct recognition of our true nature\nSomatic practices to help regulate the nervous system and build resilience\nPsychotherapeutic processes for resolving trauma memories and negative beliefs\nSharing and dialogue in the group and in dyads\, as well as individual processing\nA different theme or topic each group that is relevant to embodiment and awakening\n\nIt is best to attend the group in person\, if possible. However\, you can also register and listen to the recording. Lynn Marie will focus the group in a way that will also benefit those attending by recording. \nLynn Marie Lumiere\, MFT is a nondual psychotherapist\, Somatic Experiencing Practitioner and author.
