DESCRIPTION:How can we bring nondual wisdom to our challenging global situation? \nHow can we remain balanced in our increasingly stressful world? \nWe are now subject to ever-increasing stress from the world we live in. The number of issues we are facing globally and the fast pace in which these issues are multiplying can overwhelm our current ability to stay balanced in our body-mind. This also impacts our ability to rest as our nature in the present moment. Additionally\, we each have all the stresses of our personal lives. \nReceive somatic support for staying regulated in your nervous system\, as well as spiritual inspiration and guidance for remaining awake in the midst of it all. This is an opportunity for you to bring your concerns about our world situation into a supportive and open environment. You are also welcome to bring the stresses in your personal life that are disturbing your sense of balance. \nLynn Marie has decades of experience helping people with awakening and embodiment on all levels. She will offer her skills as a somatically trained and nondual psychotherapist to support you with somatic exercises\, guided meditation. as well as group discussion.
