DESCRIPTION:The emptier we are\, the more we are filled with light. In this meeting we will investigate our willingness as well as our resistance to being no one and no-thing. When we see and feel through the emptiness of the separate self-construct\, we discover the fullness of Being. Nothing essential is lost in this profound process of letting go and discovery\, of death and rebirth. \nThis gathering will include a talk\, guided and silent periods of meditation\, experiential conversations and dyadic inquiries.  \nJohn Prendergast\, Ph.D is a spiritual teacher\, retired psychotherapist\, and retired Adjunct Professor of Psychology at CIIS\, well known for his pioneering work in integrating non-dual wisdom and psychotherapy. He studied with the European sage Jean Klein for many years\, as well as with Adyashanti\, who gave him dharma transmission in 2023.
