Many of us learned that caring for ourselves is selfish and caring for others is good. That selflessness is the standard and everything else might be us falling short. Where do our own needs\, healing\, and limits\, fit in? How do we care deeply for ourselves without becoming self-absorbed\, and truly and freely give generously from an open heart? \nIn this two-hour gathering\, we’ll explore the territory between selfishness and selflessness\, and the possibility of becoming self-full: deeply inhabiting and caring for the human being we’ve been given without making ourselves the center of the universe.
