DESCRIPTION:We welcome you to join this weekly facilitated Community gathering. If you are wanting to meditate as well as to connect in presence\, come join together Wednesday mornings 9-10am. This open group will include a brief check in\, a 30 minute guided meditation\, followed by sharing. This is an opportunity to gather together as a Sangha to support each other during these challenging times. \nThis group will be facilitated by Open Circle’s Kate Foley.
