DESCRIPTION:There are many ways to discover our greatest resource and live embodied freedom. In this class we will create a grace filled path into the great Silence. By utilizing movement and sound\, we can open the channels and activate the body’s innate healing response. The cells can discover their connection with Grace and we can find our way home. Join me in remembering who we really are. \nChesaray is passionate about supporting those to awaken to the lived experience of Unconditional Love and Being. She is the Spiritual Director of Loving Ground\, a 501 c3 non-profit.
