Cancellation Policy & Covid Safety Protocols
For In-person attendance to event with Matt Kahn – June 2022

Please do not attend if you have possible Covid symptoms, recent exposure or a recent positive Covid test.
Notify us in advance if possible, or by event date, for a full refund, if you cannot attend for these reasons.

For all other cancellations….
We will not offer a Refund for cancellations within one week of the event.
For earlier cancellations, prior to one week before event, we will refund minus a cancellation fee of 50%.

Rather than cancel, please feel free to sell or give your ticket to a friend.
Please be sure the person checks in with the original registration name. We do not change the name on the registration.

All current Berkeley and State of California guidelines will be followed.
If state and local restrictions limit the number of people gathering in groups at the time of the event, admission will be dependent on the date of ticket purchase (first come, first serve). People will be notified in advance if any such cancellations are required. Refunds would be provided if necessary.

Currently vaccines are not required. Though we don’t know for sure what the government guidelines will be at the time of event, it’s likely that will still be the case.
